The cheese has a nice softness to it, so I would say "melty" is accurate. I love that they add the recommendations on the package for recipes. I love that there is no natural or artificial flavouring, the ingredients just come together to taste amazing. Good price for what you get. My new go-to.
I thought that this cheese was very tasty. It was very unique and not like something I’ve ever had before but that was a good thing. I feel like this was a very high-quality product and tasty. I would buy it again.
I've tried only one cheese from this brand, but the flavor I tried was really good. The cheese is mild and tastes great sliced onto crackers. I found that this cheese didn't really melt though.

Really flavorful and delicious! I enjoyed this on crackers as well as in a tossed summer salad! No complaints! Easy to find in the store too.
