Prenatal Multivitamin

Hard to know the effects of this multivitamin just yet but I love the simple ingredients and the sustainable packaging! I thought I would like the taste of the mint flavoured pill but I would honestly prefer a vitamin that has no flavour.

They smell strongly of lemon, but they don't taste like lemon; they're filled with powder and liquid. I chose these because they have the same ingredients as regular multivitamins plus three or four others.

I have been taking the Ritual Prenatal Multivitamin’s at my sister-in-law’s recommendation since learning I was pregnant. While I don’t feel much different physically, they must be doing their job as all of my lab work has come back normal, whereas that was not the case beforehand. My only qualm is how strong the taste of the burps are after taking these prenatals. My solution was to switch to taking them at night before bed and it has helped tremendously!

I've used and use their regular vitamins, prenatals, postnatals, and probiotic. They're easy to take, taste fine, and the subscription aspect is nice so you never have to think about ordering/picking up more vitamins. Customer service has always been helpful, and it's super easy to pause/cancel orders.

I started using the prenatals and dha when I was pregnant but have now switched over the postnatals. I prefer the lemony taste of the prenatals because the postnatals mint flavor makes me more aware of the fact that I’ve just taken it if that makes sense (I can feel it in my stomach).

Used ritual all throughout my pregnancy and nursing journey. Love the simplicity of the subscription and the fact that I can see the inside of the capsules. I'm not the most consistent at taking my vitamins, but this has helped. Love the subtle flavor on the Prenatal and Choline. Not a huge fan of the mintiness of the probiotic. It helps to mask what I'm sure is an unpleasant flavor, but I find it leaves a tingling/burning sensation in the back of my throat every time I take it that feels almost like acid reflux :/ Keep it by morning coffee.

I liked the packaging and quality of ingredients. However the overall ingredients in the vitamins were lacking I still needed to take multiple vitamins to get everything I needed or multiple capsules which was over whelming.
