    This is the best NA tequila I've tried, and my boyfriend makes me the most amazing mocktails with it! It has a peppery aftertaste that’s really nice and is brought out by the preserved lime juice we use. We also love the gin alternative, and we've already purchased another bottle.

    I've been trying to drink less lately, and for me the ritual of having a drink with dinner or with friends is not something I wanted to give up. However, I sleep better and feel better when I drink less. Enter Ritual Zero Proof. I love a good margarita and honestly the Tequila alternative has a very similar profile to a reposado and makes a very tasty margarita. I would add a bit of orange juice to it as well, somehow that flavor profile helps bring out the sweetness and balance the acid better.

    The tequila and gin alternatives are great. I think the whisky alternative has a bit of work to be done on the smokiness front. The smokiness can be a bit overwhelming in the wrong cocktail.

    I've really enjoyed Ritual Zero Proof, some of their NA flavors are definitely better than others, but overall, a great product. As far as a replacement, their Run and Tequila are a home run! The Gin is still great for mocktails but brings more of a juniper flavor than an alcohol bit. And I will say, their Whiskey does nothing for me. Their new aperitif is a star for this summer! Would 100% recommend it to someone trying to live a damp lifestyle.

    Ritual Zero Proof Tequila is a great alternative to regular tequila when you don’t want the hang over. It mixes great to make a zero proof margarita or Paloma. I enjoyed the flavor because it tastes a lot like tequila but you wont get hammered.

Ritual Began Because We Love To Drink. To eat too, and have adventures. We like to wrestle with our kids and climb mountains. We like to make art and we like to stay out too late laughing. We, by the way, are three friends, two of whom share a bed and a child. We're passionate foodies and damn good cooks, so Ritual started in our kitchens. The goal wasn't to replace liquor -- bite your tongue! -- but to add a new tool to our cocktail kit. Another way to mark a moment. Simple enough, right? Yeah, not so much. It took more than a year and hundreds of iterations to perfect our recipes. We learned how to blend jambu and prickly ash, how to extract the essence of blue agave, reduce the oil in juniper and heighten the perfume of pine. We taste-tested vanilla from Madagascar against vanilla from China. We sought guidance from master chefs and held tasting sessions for Chicago's best bartenders. We weren't interested in a glass of "something."  We're not interested in new-age goop that defies explanation, or fancy spa water that bears no resemblance to liquor. We weren’t satisfied until it tasted and smelled and felt like the real thing. A new way to make an old favorite (or an Old Fashioned.) Because we care what we put in our glass, our recipes are labors of love.

Because we care what we put in our bodies, our products are all-natural with no allergens. Because we care about how we treat the environment, our packaging and shipping minimize waste.

And because life is short, our company is still a group of friends. There are just more of us now.
