Rip Van Romeos are crunchy cookies with a dark chocolate fudge filling. They are made in the Netherlands and have that European sweetness. By that I mean that they use less sugar than the average American cookie. We eat them with our hot coffee or tea for that mini moment of indulgence in the afternoon. Ingredients are mostly simple.
Rip Van Wafels are a fun and unique low-sugar snack. I like that it gives me a feeling of being a more elite snack that is different from a traditional candy bar. I like the subtle sweetness and flavor that is not overpowering.
I had tried the stinger brand as an impluse buy recently and really liked them. I was shopping on Amazon last week and I hadnt yet thought about buying in bulk when I found these in the deals section. They were delivered. And they delivered. Tasty and reasonably portioned. I would recommend these to anyone who likes sweet breakfasts or breakfast sweets for dessert.
I've had the little mini waffles from this brand, and they're super addicting. They don't feel like a breakfast at all and are more like a dessert. The mini ones are small enough to carry in your front pocket, and they are definitely worth eating at least once.
