Refresh Gum reviews and discussion

I really wanted to like this gum because it is naturally derived from chicory. I tried two flavors the raspberry and the garden mint and the flavors are kind of meh. The thing that really isn’t doing it for me though is that after chewing for a few Minute the gum breaks down a lot. As in turns into almost nothing and makes you wonder if you swallowed most of it somehow. Not ideal.

honestly it is good, but the flavor vacates so quickly then it jus tastes weird, I like that it is plant based, but it is not heathier or more sustainable if you have to switch to a new piece every 2 minutes, and for that price?

I like the flavour of the gum, but I actually find it goes super gooey quite quickly. Don't love that it has Xylitol in it, but ok for a piece here and there.

This gum is great! I love the blast of flavor that you get when you bite into it first and for me flavor lasts 2 hours (though, yes, it is a lot fainter at that point). The sustainable packaging and no plastici in the actual gum set it apart too. Love the no artificial sweeteners. Recommend!

Great gum with great flavor.

Best plant-based chewing gum on the market! I was skeptical at first, but I was blown away by all three flavors. I can taste the fresh mint and matcha in their Garden Mint flavor. Yum! Only gum I will buy going forward.
