Ray-Ban earns largely positive reviews as a classic, stylish brand whose sunglasses and frames often fit comfortably, feel durable, and deliver strong sun protection and lens quality, with many Wayfarer, Aviator, Erika, and Clubmaster loyalists reporting years of use. Reviews also flag weaknesses: certain models feel flimsy or stretch, hinges and arms can loosen or break, sizing can run large or tight, and laminate/finish issues appear for some—so buyers seeking timeless design and everyday comfort may be satisfied, but durability varies by model.
I have had my folding wayfarers for more than 10 years! They are still going strong, and much to my surprise i have not lost them. They are probably the one pair of sunglasses that i have not cleaned out as they are so classic they will never go out of style IMO.
These are easily one of my favorite tech buys. What surprised me most is how securely they fit, I can wear them all day without any discomfort. Plus, they look aesthetic with literally any outfit.
The built in speakers are a game changer for hands free music and Meta AI assistance. While the A+ picture quality is stunning, there are 3 minor trade-offs: videos are capped at around 3 minutes, some screens appear very dark and the AI can sometimes be a bit brief with its answers. Overall, they are totally worth it for the tech alone—looking good while wearing them is just a major bonus!
Ray bans are my go to sunglass brand. My first pair lasted me 5 years and that’s a great value. I love all of the different styles. You can really find the perfect one for you based on your face. I recently got a new pair and love them.
Over the years I've had a number of pairs from Ray-Ban, both prescription and nonprescription. My current pair of sunglasses from them (pictured) was gifted to me by some friends; the style is called Izaz, I believe. They feel durable and provide good coverage, and are just generally stylish.
