  • I bought the Pulsetto to reduce stress and help with my diagnosed acute anxiety disorder (caused by stress). Prior to this purchase, I used the box breathing (aka 4-4-4) method to calm my vagus nerve so I was instantly interested in this product. Pros: it works. Really well. It is far more effective in a shorter amount of time than breathing exercises alone. It is easy to use, stores easily , and is somewhat portable. Cons: It's controlled by an app with no opt out control features, meaning that if you don't download the app and keep your phone with you, it's not usable. (I hate apps and do not purchase products that require them, but this slipped through. Overall the app is easy to use). It does require electrode gel. It can be inconvenient and requires cleanup and replacement when you run out. (Only a small amount is needed and it does help it work) Overall, would I repurchase? Yes.
