    Psyche Organic has completely rethought what an olive oil experience should be. The oil itself is beautiful: an organic, cold-pressed, single estate EVOO from Greece. At some point, all good olive oils live on the same plane. But the unique packaging is what sets Psyche Organic apart: sleek bags with spouts instead of bottles. They use 90% less waste than the traditional glass bottles, while still protecting and retaining the quality of the product.

    This is by far my favorite tasting experience of 2022! The taste, texture, and aesthetics of this product are second to none. Not to mention the packaging that is keeping the olive oil fresh from every drop that is being spilled. I’ve taken this product into my household and it has changed the way I start and finish any dish. I’m looking forward to following this brand's product journey and can’t wait to receive this year's harvest that is underway from Greece as I write this review.
