I liked the concept so wanted to give a try for when I’m dealing with cramps on my period. I thought they were just ok but nothing revolutionary.
Feedback
The “sleeve” you’re supposed to put the hot/cold pack in is low quality with unfinished threads hanging off. You could just use an ice pack or microwave a hot water bottle for the same effect and cheaper.
