Reviews mention

  • Vibrant flavor variety
  • Refreshing fizzy mouthfeel
  • Lighter, cleaner ingredients
  • Eye-catching playful packaging
  • Lingering stevia aftertaste
  • Occasionally too sweet profile
  • Inconsistent soda dupes
  • Lower carbonation intensity

Poppi earns largely positive reviews as a tasty, lower-sugar soda alternative that many say curbs cravings, feels lighter on the stomach, and sometimes helps with bloating; favorites include Raspberry Rose, Orange, Ginger Lime, Doc Pop, Cherry Limeade, Classic Cola, and Root Beer. Reviews also flag weaknesses: a noticeable stevia/artificial aftertaste for some, occasional vinegary tang or sweetness that runs too high, less carbonation than expected, mixed success of cola/root beer “dupes,” and inconsistent alignment with claimed gut benefits.

  • These sodas have fun flavors that taste pretty good, without any unpleasant after taste. A little expensive for a soda, but the value is pretty good for the product.

  • Love these drinks. Great for when I'm craving a soda but want to make a healthier choice.

  • Gets rid of bloating and makes your stomach feel so much happier :)

  • I always keep my fridge stocked with poppi, I purchase the variety pack from Costco and it’s the perfect drink to sip on throughout the day!

  • It’s amazing replacement for regular soda! It’s a healthier and tastier version

  • I love that the sodas are low calorie and still taste refreshing. However, some of their flavors are pretty off-base. Their cola and Doc Pop taste nothing like they should if they're trying to mimic Coke and Dr. Pepper. I do love their creative, fun branding and bright colors on the packaging.

  • I love the flavor options offered for these gut friendly drinks. I’ve tried multiple flavors and all are so good! Unlike most kombuchas, Poppi does not have to be refrigerated making it more convenient.

  • Great tasting and good for you soda. The flavors bring me back to my childhood

  • Love this brand and the clean ingredients. My favorite flavor is the cherry limeade. So refreshing!

  • Our family is totally converted. This is the only bubbly sweet drink in the house. All fruit flavors are so tasty and not too sweet. Love the low sugar. The flavors meant to taste like normal soda are different and our least favorite. Big fans!

  • Personally, I was not impressed with Poppi. I understand it's supposed to be a healthier soda option however, it did not hit the spot for me

  • The taste can be a bit much with certain flavors, but the health benefits are incredible. I would definitely recommend.

  • Love Poppi! These drinks are good and good for you. I will definitely purchase again.

  • I am obsessed with Doc Pop! I can't get enough!

  • LOVE to get my poppi fix. Doc Pop is my absolute favorite and I'm not even a Dr. Pepper drinker.

  • Love Poppi! I mostly drink Doc Pop but like the Classic Cola as well. I want the caffeine these flavors have. Poppi is a great alternative to a traditional soda if you want to cut back on sugar but want some with more flavor than a seltzer.

  • I was really hopeful this soda was a tasty as it was trendy. Unfortunately, the taste was too sugary for me. There are other more natural probiotic sodas on the market that have less or no added sugars. Also available at Costco with coupons more affordable.

  • Really hoped to love these and some flavors I do, but only the doc pop so far.

  • I love that it’s easily accessible since it’s available in most places I shop. Great soda alternative with great flavors! Cherry limeade is my favorite.

  • I’m obsessed with Poppi. I’ve been getting regular Amazon subscription shipments for over a year of the classic variety pack. The apple cider vinegar health benefits are awesome and I love that it tastes so similar to soda. I hardly ever have “real” soda anymore.
