Poppi earns largely positive reviews as a tasty, lower-sugar soda alternative that many say curbs cravings, feels lighter on the stomach, and sometimes helps with bloating; favorites include Raspberry Rose, Orange, Ginger Lime, Doc Pop, Cherry Limeade, Classic Cola, and Root Beer. Reviews also flag weaknesses: a noticeable stevia/artificial aftertaste for some, occasional vinegary tang or sweetness that runs too high, less carbonation than expected, mixed success of cola/root beer “dupes,” and inconsistent alignment with claimed gut benefits.

I tried several different flavors of the Poppi sodas, all of them tasted disgusting. Very unappealing. Poured one can out after one sip it was so bad. Will NEVER purchase these again as they were a complete waste of money. J. Dennis

Too much sugar

Do not expect it to taste like soda! The flavors are hit and miss, the cola does not taste like cola at all. My favorite is orange! I haven’t seen a long term effect in terms of it being prebiotic

Am a huge fan of poppi, I have tried almost all of the flavors not any I don’t like. Love that it is benefiting my gut and body among other things. Beautiful packaging. Great brand. 10/10

I have a Poppi subscription and drink at least one per day. I love most of the flavors, their variety packs make it easy to try new ones, and they're constantly releasing new flavors, incl holiday specials, and they have great deals if you pay attention.

Love poppi! I used to be addicted to soda but Poppi tastes great and has gut benefits. I’m very big on ingredients and while it’s not perfect, it definitely fills the craving in a healthier more sustainable way!

It's hard to avoid Poppi these days. They are widely accessible in an array of flavors. My personal favorites are strawberry lemonade and wild berry flavors. Little to no after taste and gut friendly ingredients have made this one of our go to carbonated drinks.

I really like some of the flavors and did not like others at all. However, I believe this is all just personal preference. Overall, I think there is a flavor everyone will love!

I have been a Poppi advocate for years now. I am not someone who is addicted to a daily Coke, however, my father is and I have now got him on the Poppi bandwagon drinking classic cola instead!

My favorite! I have one of these everyday. Would recommend every flavor except the Root Beer (tastes like ACV). Outside of that I love it.

The flavor on these are light and yummy. No GI issues like I have with Olipop. Has a very acidic/citrus flavor that may bother you if that isn't you thing.

Looks like a fun and enjoyable drink to have with friends and family. I’d like to find it in stores somewhere but dont see it.

Fantastic range of flavors. A little pricey, but a healthier alternative to that morning latte. Availlable in variety packs to find your favorite flavor(s).

We carry this brand at my work, not only does it have amazing taste and wonderful selection, it actually does what it says it will do.

I like fizzy drinks, but I am not a huge fan of sour. I thought it was a bit too much for me, but I was lucky to be able to give it to my hubby who really enjoyed it and said it was awsome. That's why it is a 3 star review

10/10 highly recommended! Love the flavors? Love the benefits and they’re guilt free! I have no complaints! I will say they’re expensive but worth it. Love the cherry cola flavor

Poppi is a healthier and overall better alternative to soda. It tastes good and offers a variety of flavors. It does have a slight taste of stevia though, but it doesn’t ruin it.
