Reviews mention

  • Vibrant flavor variety
  • Refreshing fizzy mouthfeel
  • Lighter, cleaner ingredients
  • Eye-catching playful packaging
  • Lingering stevia aftertaste
  • Occasionally too sweet profile
  • Inconsistent soda dupes
  • Lower carbonation intensity

Poppi earns largely positive reviews as a tasty, lower-sugar soda alternative that many say curbs cravings, feels lighter on the stomach, and sometimes helps with bloating; favorites include Raspberry Rose, Orange, Ginger Lime, Doc Pop, Cherry Limeade, Classic Cola, and Root Beer. Reviews also flag weaknesses: a noticeable stevia/artificial aftertaste for some, occasional vinegary tang or sweetness that runs too high, less carbonation than expected, mixed success of cola/root beer “dupes,” and inconsistent alignment with claimed gut benefits.

  • I loooove Poppi! I always keep some in the fridge at all times! I love that it has apple cider vinger but it truly doesn’t taste like it has it in there. Orange and the Rose are my favorite!

  • I love these soda's! Whenever I'm looking for a little bevy treat at the store I reach for one of these. They are fun and flavorful. Strawberry Lemon and Raspberry Rose are my favorites. I only wish they sold them 6 packs locally.

  • Love!! All the flavors are so good! And they really help.

  • A fridge favorite in my house! When I need a little bubbly treat, I love knowing I get some health benefits from these tasty drinks!

  • The orange and strawberry flavor are the BEST! I love this as an alternative to soda and bonus that it’s good for your gut!

  • I'm actually obsessed with this brand. I'm on a mission to try every flavor! I also love to use these as a mocktail if I'm going to a party and I don't want to drink alcohol.

  • Poppi makes me so happy. Not only is their packaging beautiful, and their flavors delicious, but I love that when I drink them I know that it’s helping me feel better. I feel like I’m doing something good for my body, that will actually help improve my gut issues, and I actually love the taste as well! I’d say that’s a win. I used to try and drink ACV by itself, before I knew how harmful that can be, and I always put it off as long as I could, because of the horrible taste. I actually tried Poppi before even realizing that it had ACV in it, and when I found out, I was shocked. I cannot taste it at all, and I actually look forward to drinking one! I’ll definitely be enjoying a lot more Poppi in the future!

  • I always keep Poppi stocked in my fridge! They are a go-to when I'm looking for something bubbly, without excessive sugars. I also like how they use apple cider vinegar for prebiotic benefits! My favorite flavor is easily the Raspberry Rose.

  • So delicious! My favorite is the rose. I don’t drink them regularly so can’t speak to efficacy at this point. I do wish they were available in pick-packs (like pick 4 or 6 for a discounted price) or pre-packed cases — although I will say the fact that they are sold individually allows for picking and choosing flavors to one’s preference.

  • DOC POP!!! best best flavor. Mostly all the flavors are great but doc pop is by far the best! Loveeee me some poppi

  • The cola flavors and sprite are almost exact matches for the flavor of the real things! Way less sugar and probiotic!

  • Absolutely addicted to poppi. My favorite flavor is strawberry rose! So tasty and i love that it is a prebiotic soda. I also love that it’s love in sugar but doesn’t have an overwhelming artificial sweetener taste.

  • I picked up the orange flavor Poppi at target and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the flavor was for a healthy soda!

  • I couldn’t get past the vinegar after taste. They have good health benefits but I probably need to try more flavors. Maybe they should apply more coupons.

  • Yeah I’m fully addicted. No guilt, no sugar, all health, so delicious. The raspberry rose flavor is *chefs kiss*. Best invention of the decade
