Reviews mention

  • Vibrant flavor variety
  • Refreshing fizzy mouthfeel
  • Lighter, cleaner ingredients
  • Eye-catching playful packaging
  • Lingering stevia aftertaste
  • Occasionally too sweet profile
  • Inconsistent soda dupes
  • Lower carbonation intensity

Poppi earns largely positive reviews as a tasty, lower-sugar soda alternative that many say curbs cravings, feels lighter on the stomach, and sometimes helps with bloating; favorites include Raspberry Rose, Orange, Ginger Lime, Doc Pop, Cherry Limeade, Classic Cola, and Root Beer. Reviews also flag weaknesses: a noticeable stevia/artificial aftertaste for some, occasional vinegary tang or sweetness that runs too high, less carbonation than expected, mixed success of cola/root beer “dupes,” and inconsistent alignment with claimed gut benefits.

  • THE BEST. I’ve tried competitor brands and they all have a weird aftertaste, but not Poppi. Every flavor is amazing and I love having an enjoyable drink with health benefits.

  • These are such a nice way to enjoy an N/A beverage, bubbly and good for the gut

  • Obsessed with Poppi!!! such a treat. Raspberry Rose is my all time fave, and I've been dying to try to the new holiday flavors!! so many great mocktail inspos on tik tok too!!

  • Love drinking one of these before eating - the cream soda flavor tastes too good to be healthy!

  • Ive seen this on sharktank and it was really innovative. All my friends love them.

  • Poppi is one of my favorite drinks and brands! I literally buy it in bulk from Costco so I always have plenty on hand for me and guests. All of the flavors are so tasty without being too sweet. I'm also a sucker for their branding and marketing!

  • The drinks taste good and are a nice treat mid-afternoon, but I’m not sure they’re worth the cost when they really just feel like strongly flavored sparkling water.

  • I desperately wanted to like this brand. However, the flavor did not do it for me. The packaging is so cute and I love the mission to have a better for you 'soda' beverage.

  • My favorite!! I’m obsessed with strawberry lemonade.

  • Really enjoy Poppi soda's. My favorite flavor is the orange and ginger lime.

  • I like the different Poppi flavors but a few do taste a bit artificially sweetened to me. One plus is that while this brand is a prebiotic, it doesn’t make my stomach churn as much as some competing pre/probiotic drinks do!

  • I literally love every flavor I have ever tried from Poppi! I cannot get enough of their cute branding. Every time I go grocery shopping I have to get myself one of their little drinks as a little treat for myself!

  • Loved this! I was searching for ways to add more pre and pro biotics into my diet for digestive health. This was a great addition to that. Fizzy and sweet, definitely loved this. Obviously never buy a full pack when trying these. The taste can be off for those not used to alternatives to sodas. So try a can or two and see what you think.

  • Obsessed with these! There's no bad flavor in my opinion. I love drinking one at night out of a wine glass as a special treat + mocktail.

  • The flavors are really good and I like how healthy they are in comparison to soda. However the taste of fake sugar isn’t my favorite so I don’t drink these very often. The branding is fun and I love their variety!

  • I absolutely love the orange and raspberry poppy. It's the perfect drink to have poolside. I don't even taste the apple cider vinegar. I'll continue to repurchase!

  • I really enjoy the Poppi flavors and that you can enjoy a soda without all the sugar (or diet soda chemicals). It is definitely pricey and not something I can enjoy daily. I'm not sure if the prebiotic has any benefits at this point.

  • These delicious probiotic carbonated drinks are a game changer!

  • I love these drinks! They are a great, healthier substitute to traditional sodas. I love that they have probiotics in them too.
