Reviews mention

  • Vibrant flavor variety
  • Refreshing fizzy mouthfeel
  • Lighter, cleaner ingredients
  • Eye-catching playful packaging
  • Lingering stevia aftertaste
  • Occasionally too sweet profile
  • Inconsistent soda dupes
  • Lower carbonation intensity

Poppi earns largely positive reviews as a tasty, lower-sugar soda alternative that many say curbs cravings, feels lighter on the stomach, and sometimes helps with bloating; favorites include Raspberry Rose, Orange, Ginger Lime, Doc Pop, Cherry Limeade, Classic Cola, and Root Beer. Reviews also flag weaknesses: a noticeable stevia/artificial aftertaste for some, occasional vinegary tang or sweetness that runs too high, less carbonation than expected, mixed success of cola/root beer “dupes,” and inconsistent alignment with claimed gut benefits.

  • Rasberry Rose followed by the Strawberry lemon and ginger lime. These babies are refreshing! They seem to help my IBS too if I'm having a flare up. I don't know but my gut settles down. I love poppi! Just wish they weren't so expensive!

  • Ginger lime poppi is my favorite little treat. It is refreshing and delicious, and it has made me more of a soda person (to which I begrudgingly admit). I was already planning on getting myself one from Whole Foods after work today.

  • Delicious drinks, hit the spot when you are craving something besides water, but still feel healthy.

  • I love a good sparkling beverage! Poppi has some fun flavors and the cans are too cute-just holding one makes me smile! The one drawback for me is that some flavors have an unpleasant aftertaste, like the sweetener lingers too long on your tongue.

  • Poppi Probiotic Soda offers an interesting spin on the typical fizzy drink. The health-conscious consumer might appreciate its unique selling point: the infusion of probiotics. While it's pretty refreshing, the boldness of the enthusiasm can occasionally overpower the natural flavors, which might not be everyone's cup of tea. Its packaging, modern and colorful, certainly stands out on store shelves, even though the branding can come across as a bit too loud for those who prefer more muted tones. The range of flavors is diverse, but some, like strawberry lemon, pack a more satisfying punch than others. Overall, Poppi Probiotic Soda's health-centered approach in a market saturated with high-sugar alternatives is commendable. Still, a finer balance between the carbonation and natural fruit flavors could elevate the drinking experience. It's worth trying for the novelty and potential gut health benefits, but it might not replace your go-to beverage.

  • For someone who used to drink sodas like Dr. Pepper and Coke Zero, this was a great way to cut the amount of sugar ingested with a good fizz. Also, it’s ACV without the AVC flavor. The orange flavor is a must try!

  • This brand is great light refreshing delicious gut healthy great replacements for soda I hate soda but some times you want something bubbly and sweet and this is the prefect thing to grab

  • great flavors, watermelon one is my favorite & so yummy as well

  • I love Poppi!! I have never really drank soda and with all of my gut issues, this has been wonderful for me. The flavor is amazing. Even my family and friends that drink soda were so impressed!

  • Great drink alternative for a soda junkie like me!

  • Solid “dupes” for soda but overall it’s lacking. The branding is great and their social media presence is know. I feel like it need to either be branded at not soda but trying to be, or healthy gut drink…doing both just isn’t my vibe.

  • I LOVE these! They are an amazing way to get probiotics into your diet without any work and are a perfect alternative to sodas or other sugary drinks. They are a little high in sugar, so make sure to pay attention to what you are drinking - but so worth it! They are a little pricey, so try buying them on Amazon or anywhere that you can get them in bulk instead of one-off at the grocery store. My favorite flavor was the raspberry rose.

  • Really really enjoy this beverage. I find myself grabbing it frequently to have with lunch, dinner, or even in place of an alcoholic drink. The flavor options are fun and unique, I enjoy that they have wide range from Raspberry Rose (my favorite) to Doc Pop or other conventional soda brand replicas. The packaging is fun, and I can find it everywhere from Sprouts, to Target to Amazon.

  • Love the non-soda option and don't get me wrong the taste is amazing. The sugar could be a little lower and I did not feel the same probiotic affects as kombucha but this does really satisfy cravings. My job uses it as a non alcoholic option at events and people rave about it. The price is also kind of expensive but I get that is the market in general.

  • I first started drinking these to help wean me off of sugary sodas, but I got addicted to the yummy flavors and incredible benefits! My favorites are their Classic Cola, Doc Pop, and Cherry Limeade. A fridge staple for sure! I also love making mocktails with these drinks.

  • Surprised by it, but it is actually tasting good!

  • Love the taste and the fact that it's formulated for gut health.

  • obsessed - haven’t had an actual soda since the rise of Poppi. gut health is easy when it’s this yummy!! also, their merch is absolutely adorable.
