I love their hair oil. It smells fantastic and isn't too heavy/thick. It's easy to spread evenly through your hair. Perfect for curly, colored hair like mine where the ends can get real dry.

Love that it ships internationally but international shipping is expensive! 

Received a sample size of their shampoo and conditioner. I've never been much of a conditioner person because I feel it weighs down the hair too much but this one left my hair super soft. I go to bed with my hair wet and I've tried doing that with and without conditioner, and Playa definitely makes a difference. Nice sandalwood fragrance. 

They are frequently sold out! Which probably generates quite a bit more demand. But I imagine this frustrates customers more loyal than me.

I'll be honest, I think hair behavior has more to do with hair type and environment, BUT I do really like how lightweight and clean the product is. And it smells nice of course.

I don't love the tools or the new shower essentials (I find the new fragrances to be really artificial and cloying.) I would rather they focus on supply chain and make sure their greatest hits are in better stock vs. coming out with new combs etc that break after a few uses.

I am a longtime Playa customer. They are constantly evolving their formulas which can be a good and bad thing. Love the shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in conditioner.

Love the Every Day Shampoo, Supernatural Conditioner and Ritual Hair Oil. Honestly, I might just like them for the scent. Super "Le Labo"-esque. Happy that these products work on color-treated hair. 

Found this product randomly and fell instantly in love. The ingredients is always something I look at first and this hits every box on my checklist! Not to mention it smells amazing! 

Cancelled my order.  No communication. Nothing. Unacceptable.

I love the aesthetic behind this brand, it feels very summery/on vacation. I don't love the scent of the shampoo and conditioner, wish it was a bit more coastal, but either way this is where it's at for beach hair
