I purchased an applicator and it was not working out for me because cup kept jumping out and prongs wouldn’t hold it in place. I contacted the brand and they have been extremely nice and gave me a full refund with no need to return the item. I don’t know if I had a faulty product or I just have sausage fingers but I was left with a good impression of the brand. They seemed very genuine and kind. When it’s time to replace my current cup I would be definitely considering them as an option!
