Perifit reviews and discussion

I absolutely love the Perifit. It makes kegel training super easy to do, where I can actually tell if I'm doing them right. I love that it checks your progress across 5 different dimensions, and explains why each of those are important. The gamified aspect of it keeps it from being cumbersone. I'm relatively new to using this (it's been a week), but I've already seen an improvement. I'm excited to keep using this!
