I have never loved a clothing brand the way I love Paynter. They're doing things right. High quality materials, cool-yet-classic styles, and a unique approach to creation and sharing that shows you every step of your jacket's construction. I own three Paynter jackets in three different styles and love each one. Since buying with Paynter, I've started thinking a lot more about how the clothes I wear are made and the quality of materials. The Paynter team is clearly passionate about what they do, and it shows in their products and in their marketing.
A company with such integrity and incredible value I don't think I've ever really seen nor felt before. The jackets speak for themselves, the quality is sublime and the customer service is 100%. Thanks Paynter!
I love this jacket so much. The jackets are excellent value in terms of the quality/uniqueness, but as it's still a fair bit of money to spend I was a bit worried that I'd end up picking the wrong size or something. I didn't need to be concerned though — the size guide was easy to use and it fits me perfectly. The finished product is so beautiful, and I liked getting updates on the making process. It's the sort of piece where you want people to ask where it's from!
This is minor but it'd be good to pick your delivery day. I was initially going to be on holiday when it was due, and sometimes the delivery people here leave stuff hidden or with random neighbours. (Fortunately timings changed, so it wasn't a problem.)
I have two Paynter jackets now, as well as their chambray shirt and their t-shirt. They are of impeccable quality. I expect to have these jackets for many, many years — they're heirloom quality. They fit wonderfully, the fabric and buttons are very solid, and of course, they simply look great. I also need to call out their mission, to create a world where people have fewer, better things, is really great. The sustainability aspect makes me love them even more.
Absolutely nothing. Keep doing what you're doing.
Everything is done with a purpose. I purchased a jacket in advance in November 2020, it arrived February 2021 (amidst brexit) and throughout the process you received a weekly update on how your jacket is made, the reasons behind chosen materials, it is a fantastic behind the scenes learning experience. The company values are beyond amazing, constantly striving to better themselves and I get excited to see any email received from them as you end up learning new things. The quality of the jacket is better than I could have expected, I imagine I will be able to pass it on for generations, I get excited when I wear it, it is the only jacket that fits me perfectly.
