    I’ve been using a Walker from here for years and it’s looks and feels incredible. Their products age really well, and are clearly very well made.

    Overall I was pretty disappointed with them. Yes they're healthy, but they taste powdery and like they're made of protein powder. They also crisp up in the toaster in a very strange way, becoming dry and stale instead of toasted. They are also insanely expensive.

    They need to improve the recipe to make them work more like bagels, or change the shape to not make the comparison to bagels, maybe bread or English muffin style.
