Long wait time for an appointment. Communication was very poor about the appointment. On the day of the appointment the whole website was down. I received no communication from the care team to check/inform and help with rescheduling without having to wait again. I had to send out multiple messages about my experience and how disappointed I was. All I received from the care manager was “schedule a new appointment”. I requested a new appointment this time without a long wait. Guess what? No early appointment option with the same provider I had to wait again or find a new provider. Their website was down and I’m the one suffering. Before my second appointment I received a voicemail telling me I have an appointment on Tuesday, I received this voicemail on Friday in the evening. After an hour I received a message to confirm my appointment. I got to it on Sunday, and guess what they had already canceled my appointment by then. Once again there was no communication that I have only a certain amount of time to confirm, nothing. Nobody called me, my voicemail only said my appointment is on Tuesday, nothing about it getting canceled if I don’t confirm ASAP. Wtf!!! Such BS!
