PACHA earns strong reviews for flavorful, dense gluten‑free breads—especially the buckwheat sourdough—delivering clean, minimal ingredients that many say feel nourishing and digestively gentle when toasted; however, reviews also flag very small slices, a must‑toast texture, and polarizing taste/texture for some. Overall, the brand is praised for rich, hearty flavor, sprouted/regenerative sourcing, and versatility (from avocado toast to croutons), but a minority report GI discomfort and dissatisfaction with loaf size and untoasted texture.

I was in the market for an alternative to traditional bread that was also healthy. After seeing an add on Facebook, I decided to give the Pasha sourdough bread a try. So glad I did!! I love toast in the morning with avocado slices layered on top. And the Pasha bread was delicious!! Texture of the bread was great as well. I have reordered the 2-pack several times now and will continue to do so. My health coach 100% approved this product and was impressed that it was made with only two ingredients.

I love your product! The flavor and texture is on point. I have been enjoying the buckwheat bread and most recently ordered the buckwheat buns. I love that I can keep them in the freezer and just heat them one at a time as I need them! Also they do not fall apart and hold up well in a sandwich! Will definitely continue to reorder and repurchase your product!

Love this bread!! I'm that person that needs to eat bread in the morning with my coffee. However, I really needed to cut back on the carbs. I'm sooo glad I to have found Pacha bread which contains less carbs than most other breads and 0 sugar. It taste great also especially toasted.

Love the taste and the healthy ingredients. This bread sits well in my stomach. Just wish it was pre sliced the sandwich size. It is hard for me to slice due to the strength in my hands. I do love the bread and the density of it.

I tried the original and cheesey herb. I like the original best. I love this bread toasted and topped with avocado, onion and sprouts. Delicious, healthy and gluten free. It stores well in the fridge, making it an easy addition to a balanced meal.

Wonderful option for bread, even if you don't need to avoid gluten! It is hardy and I love the dense texture and graininess of the bread toasted. I had the garlic rye this morning with avocado and sliced tomato. What a treat to be able to eat this bread. I have shared this bread with many friends.

I LOVE Pacha. Organic, regeneratively grown, compostable packaging AND DELICIOUS. I love the sandwich buns and use them for avo toast, sunflower seed and jelly and good ole butter. Highly recommend!

I feel so much better eating Pacha instead of regular bread. I slice the loaf as soon as I receive it. I toast all the slices. Once they have cooled, I keep them in the fridge. This is a much healthier way of eating all the things I like such as cream cheese, hummus, pp&j. It also makes for an extra healthy avocado toast!

Delicious, healthy bread that tastes so good when toasted. I top with hummus, avocado, almond butter, berries, butter, jam, it’s all yummy! I also back in my jersey on bike rides. It fuels me with out that bloating feeling. I absolutely love PACHA!!

I love Pacha. Great flavor. Really nice texture. My only desire is to have a larger loaf so it can be used fors andwiches, etc.

Great product! Healthy and unique and just a good change from crappy food of today's world

It tastes okay but you have to toast it to eat it, if not toasted it tastes less than okay. I still buy it because of the good, natural and simple ingredients. A little expensive

I love the service from Pacha, not to mention their bread (no more bloating!) Within minutes of my delivery, I had a text letting me know my order had arrived. This allowed me to return home, slice, and freeze my Pacha bread in a timely fashion. Thank you, Pacha! M. Spade

I came across Pacha bread on Instagram. I became curious but was a bit skeptical, thinking it is a fad. I am not GF but I eat very healthy since I have Crohn’s Disease. I ordered their regular sourdough bread and I have to say that after eating the first slice, I hid the rest of it in the back of my freezer because I’m not sharing this one😊 The bread is a bit pricey. However, it’s worth every penny. Pacha is an investment in our health. It’s chewy and satisfying without being heavy on the stomach. For those of us who care about our health and what we eat, this is an integral part of our diet. I’m definitely going to order the other kinds. Who know, maybe I’ll share a few slices with the family too😊👍 Thank you for making such an amazing bread!

Found out through FedEx tracking that my order was going to the wrong address. FedEx assured me that only the shipper could change the address. Had to wait for Pacha to get back to me via email since they don't bother with the telephone. They refused to reroute. Can't speak for the bread but will never ever recommend purchasing from them. Today is August 1st and I am updating this review. Once again I spoke with FedEx and they assured me that Pacha was able to modify the address AT ANY POINT IN ITS TRANSIT CYCLE until it was delivered. Why they chose not to be helpful and refused to modify the address I cannot tell you. Also, my billing address is my correct address. There was a Google glitch which was not evident in the ordering process that entered an old shipping address. My Google account, my fault. But what kind of customer service refuses to make a modification that it is possible for them to make? FedEx was willing, Pacha was not. Foolish for a new business. As it turns out, a friend of mine in upstate New York ordered the bread and brought me some to sample. I'm not impressed.
