PACHA earns strong reviews for flavorful, dense gluten‑free breads—especially the buckwheat sourdough—delivering clean, minimal ingredients that many say feel nourishing and digestively gentle when toasted; however, reviews also flag very small slices, a must‑toast texture, and polarizing taste/texture for some. Overall, the brand is praised for rich, hearty flavor, sprouted/regenerative sourcing, and versatility (from avocado toast to croutons), but a minority report GI discomfort and dissatisfaction with loaf size and untoasted texture.

I came across Patcha while doing some useless scrolling. Figured I’d try it but had no expectations so I chose the Buckwheat loaf. Arrived quickly, packaged responsibly and I put it in the fridge until breakfast. I AM AMAZED! Wonderful nutty aroma, perfect sourdough bite, delightful with the prerequisite avocado and egg. I can’t wait to try with unsalted butter and fresh radishes, sprinkled with a little pink Himalayan sea salt…or how about shirred eggs to dip bites of toast in- and a generous mug of. hot steamy coffee on a lazy Sunday morning… or…oops- I digress- WAKE UP PEOPLE- BUY THE BREAD!!!

Okay. Of the bread itself I feel like it takes bread to a different level, that is, it's not really bread, but it is, and that's a good thing. A friend taught me a little hack, where I cut the loaf in half, and then make full bread slices out of the half. This is a game changer. But on to the bread. I love the taste. I've tried all the flavors and the original is my favorite, simply because it's so easy to eat with everything. Cheesy bread is a close second. Hearty, flavorful, and good with all the usual suspects (Eggs, Avos, butter, even cream cheese). I think people under estimate the importance of ingredients, and in this case, an organic food with the most essential whole foods to make a product. No crap, fillers, preservatives. This is real food. So yeah, I'm into it.

Again, this is real food, not just a product. So when you take a toasty bite (needs a little extra time in the toaster, and the toaster oven is the true weapon of flavor maximization), treat it as such. Real deal kids.

Pacha Bread is the bomb diggity! We are a gluten-intolerant house, and after my roommate brought this Pacha bread home three months ago, we are all hooked! They have a variety of delicious flavors, and the consistency of the bread is fabulous.

Best bread I’ve tasted. I feel great after I eat and and it tastes delicious! Just make sure you toast it twice. Usually I put butter or coconut oil on it and some pink salt. Very impressed with the compostable packing too.

You can cut the bread like a regular loaf for small pieces or cut in half and make bigger slices.

Pacha is by far my favorite bread. Not only does it taste absolutely delicious, but it also doesn't make me tired or feel bad. 10|10 recommend trying it out.

PACHA is my favorite bread now! It's delicious AND it's sprouted and gluten free - so I know it's less taxing on my digestive system and has more available nutrients. Their packaging is also 100% compostable, so it's a zero guilt choice for me. I feel wonderful purchasing this bread and knowing what my dollar is supporting. Toasting this bread is a must because it adds a wonderful crisp and warmth. It makes for the tastiest breakfast - adding either nut butter/honey or my go to avocado and egg toast. The world needs more PACHA! :)

I am obsessed with this bread. Most breads and alternative flours leave me feeling bloated and achy. Pacha is a bread I can enjoy without feeling drained and impacted afterwards. AND it is delicious. Truly a gift of a creation!
Feedback
The literal only feedback is that I wish more stores carried it. However, Pacha makes their bread accessible via online purchase so, WIN!

I'm so thankful for Pacha!!! Although I am not completely gluten free, I am always looking for ways to eat healthier. Pacha is so easy, nutrient dense and versatile! I use it for my toast in the morning, make croutons out of it for soup, and it's a great hearty quick snack with some almond butter! I love knowing that I'm giving my body great quality food, and I am supporting a product that is sustainably sourced and packaged for our planet <3

PACHA is amazing and we eat it almost every day! As someone who is gluten-free/vegan, bread was very difficult because most of it is packed with sugar and extremely insubstantial. Pacha changed all that! My family who can eat gluten also love it because of the rich flavors :-) Pacha is nutrition and filling...the sprouting process means you can absorb more of the minerals and nutrients. I also love that the company uses regenerative ingredients/processes so it's actually giving back to the planet. I would recommend this bread to absolutely ANYONE (just remember to toast it first ;-)

Love this bread! Not only tasty, but super healthy! I like to cut it all up into slices when I get it and put it in a tupperware to take out a couple slices at a time. My favorite is the buckwheat YUM

I LOVE Pacha! This bread outshines any other gluten free bread that I've found. The flavor is fantastic, and I feel good when I eat it. I eat a very clean diet, and the ingredient profile of pacha is top notch, it's far superior, nutrition wise, to any other gluten free bread that I know of. I love that they've gone the extra mile to use compostable material in their packaging, and I feel very good about supporting a small, grassroots company that's in line with my values and taking care of the earth. I can't recommend their bread enough! It's worth every penny!

I crave Pacha everyday! It is so unique and is in a bread category of its own. It can do everything bread does and more. Croutons, avo toast, and burger buns have all leveled-up with Pacha! So grateful that this healthy bread exists and I love the Pacha team’s mission of supporting regenerative ag and leaving the world a better place with their product!

I have it for breakfast with eggs or avocado toast. Love the texture!

Their bread is utterly disgusting! I do not know how they sleep at night producing a product that is so vile. They do not accept returns or issue refunds. Don’t waste your money.
Feedback
Do not even consider trying it, you will be disappointed.

I can’t believe how good this bread is. I love preparing it with olive oil, a bit of salt, and then topings like turmeric or hummus. The Pacha team are geniuses and beyond inspiring. I am so thankful for people and products like this…eating this bread literally gives me hope in humanity and our place in the world.

My husband and I love this bread! Yes, it is heavy and not fluffy, and that's what makes it healthy, and I know there are no nasty chemicals in this bread. It is best toasted, just as suggested, and we use a vegan butter on it. YUM! We love all the flavors, and yes, Buckwheat is NOT wheat , so it is safe for gluten-free folks like me. We are avid label readers and when I saw the ingredients, I knew I had to try it. We were not disappointed! Sure, you can have the fluffy gluten-free bread available in stores, but have you seen all the harmful ingredients in it? We'll be placing more PACHA orders for sure. We order 6 at a time, and freeze the loaves, then just take one out at a time, in the fridge. Defrost in the fridge overnight and you're good to go!
Feedback
Just go for it. Don't compare with fluffy chemical laden breads. Enjoy!

This bread is fantastic! I especially love it toasted and eaten with different spreads. It’s great for things like avocado toast! For me it is a healthy alternative to other more processed breads. Definitely try it!!

This bread is not great unless you toast it!!

I absolutely love this bread!! I eat it daily as avocado toast or just with butter! You do need to toast it, but I honestly love that! I’ve made croutons out of it too and elevated my salad game 🤌🏻 Can’t recommend this enough!

Remember to toast it! You can cut the loaf many ways to get different shapes/sizes
