PACHA earns strong reviews for flavorful, dense gluten‑free breads—especially the buckwheat sourdough—delivering clean, minimal ingredients that many say feel nourishing and digestively gentle when toasted; however, reviews also flag very small slices, a must‑toast texture, and polarizing taste/texture for some. Overall, the brand is praised for rich, hearty flavor, sprouted/regenerative sourcing, and versatility (from avocado toast to croutons), but a minority report GI discomfort and dissatisfaction with loaf size and untoasted texture.

My first order and I was delighted with the wonderful bread! I toasted it and how fantastic it was to be able to eat bread that was tasty and filling. I am so impressed. Now I look forward to eating this amazing product again. and adding different products like chocolate rose...sounds so interesting! Thank you PACHA! Joy

I’m beyond grateful for simple and delicious Pacha bread!! For the last 5 years (like many Americans) I’ve had stomach problems. Doctors, nutritionists, tests, trial & error eating and definitely gluten free were my life. However, my problems persisted, though they were not as severe. About a month ago I saw an ad for Pacha. I searched and found it at Whole Foods. For several days all I ate was toasted Pacha with ghee and oh my goodness, my bloating was the first to go, and my energy level improved. I share it with my friends in the same boat and I take some on trips. I subscribe now and all I have to say is thank you! P.S. My husband says thank you as well, his wife isn’t miserable anymore!!

I ordered the pumpkin loaf as a gift for a friend. This was on Oct. 7th. Never got it. Emailed customer support a few weeks later and they said oh we will send a loaf out. Never got it. Finally heard back again and they said they ran out. Would have been nice to have been informed of this. So I was out my money for like 3 weeks and now waiting on a refund. No discount, no offer to send a different loaf. POOR customer service. Doubt I will order again.

I ate a total of 3 pieces of this bread and it made me so sick. My GI was destroyed and I couldn’t get off the toilet for several days. I have a ton of food sensitivities, and I was so excited to try this, but some ingredient in it was not safe for my body. I really wish they offered a money-back guarantee, because I bought 6 loaves so that I could get the free shipping. I just ended up donating the rest of the bread to a homeless shelter.

Firstly, I'm beyond thrilled they decided to make the cinnamon raisin a permanent item. This bread is so good I use it for a snack. It is great on its own or with just a bit of any kind of butter. Their buns are my English muffin replacement. Really nice when toasted and great with a slice of cheese. Beyond their breads, the whole team is great. You have questions? They have answers. This is one to stick with, for sure.

The buckwheat sourdough has been an absolute game-changer in my quest for regaining my health. I’ve been battling autoimmune issues and there are few foods that I tolerate well. My meals have gained a big time upgrade thanks to the Pacha Team!! I toast the bread in a skillet with olive oil and it’s delicious!!

I purchased the multigrain buckwheat bread and it’s absolutely delicious. The combination of the millet and quinoa give it a fluffy and nutty texture. I love the buckwheat bread as well but this is a wonderful alternative. The customer service (thanks Ace) and the packaging is great too. There is a lot of love that goes into this bread and you can taste it! Thanks Adam and Maddie.

I was a little bit skeptical, but being gluten intolerant, I’ve tried so many breads and haven’t yet found one, but I love sourdough and this one arrived. I was hoping it would be great and I certainly was not disappointed. It’s a real sour sourdough, which I love and toastd up really crisp and delicious and today by mistake they sent me buns instead of bread, and I cannot tell you how delicious they are …crispy and this so great for people who love bread, but cannot eat it like me. I am obsessed with this product and intend to be a lifelong supporter. I’ve told all my Gluten free friends about it.

Grateful to find this brand! I am trying to lower my blood sugar, and I have PCOS and my uric acid is too high and I have gluten sensitivity .. and and and. I have eaten buckwheat since birth, being half-Russian. But that's usually with mushrooms and onions in mid winter. I like having a health-friendly bread option and I've also really enjoyed the English muffin (it is a different texture so be ready for that and follow the instructions to toast it). I usually keep my Pacha in the freezer and then toast it or heat it, sometimes on its own and sometimes as a sandwich. I haven't tried the range of flavors now available and plan to explore them more to see what I think.

EXCEPTIONAL quality texture and flavor. 2-3 ingredients (water included) the pure way of making bread. Grateful it’s yeast free. Thanks for caring about humanities wellbeing and planet earth. Same day, as I consumed it I recommended it.

Pacha bread is a total game-changer for me! With my autoimmune condition requiring me to steer clear of gluten, finding tasty gluten-free bread with good ingredients has been a struggle. But Pacha bread has completely won me over. It's got amazing stuff in it, and it tastes absolutely delicious! From the first bite, I was hooked. Pacha really gets it right by making bread that's both healthy and yummy. I'm super happy I found it and would totally recommend it to anyone looking for awesome gluten-free bread.

I purchased with expectation that the bread was good . I found it non edible in every way . It is very small slices , very overpriced, and false advertising . I have tried mdd as my ad have bern veg eater and health minded thirty years . This is one of the worst . If you wish fair pricing try Ezekiel bread from grocer . I would NOT recommend , and no they do not offer refunds for this horrible product .

When I first heard about Pacha breads, I thought it might be too good to be true. A sprouted/fermented, gluten-free grain bread with only 2 or 3 ingredients? As a health-conscious fitness buff, I’m careful about what I eat, and taste/quality matters a lot. To me, Pacha nailed it; their product has great texture, taste and fantastic customer service to back it all up. Their product is more expensive than lesser-quality stuff on the market, but I don’t care. Spending money on whole plant foods is a carefully thought -out decision and I’m 100% happy every time I bring home Pacha. As long as they keep doing what they do, I’m a customer for life!

These souls not only create a bread for us in-tune sensitives, but their attention to details that are usually overlooked is crazy and meticulous! This bread has two ingredients, sprouted buckwheat, and sea salt. Most don’t know, but in order to sprout a grain, you have to soak it in water. Pacha doesn’t just use “filtered water,” they use reverse osmosis water for their sprouting process. It doesn’t get better than this! ~Audra Parsons

The slices are really small - too small to use for sandwiches and too small to work in a toaster. The taste and texture are mediocre at best.
