LOVE love loved this pan for the first 6 months that we had it. Then, something went downhill where it got really hard to clean to the point where it became more of a hassle than it was worth. I don't know if we missed something about heat limit, etc. to keep it in its original high performing glory. It IS a gorgeous pan - it always stayed out and people always asked us about it!

Overall this brand was a complete disappointment. 95% of the time the item is sold out and the wait time is unrealistic. When I placed my order the shipping lead time was pushed back over and over. After receiving my hand I was also disappointed in the quality and craftsmanship. The underside of the pan stained extremely quickly and food did stick. Customer service was no help when it came to the warranty of the product.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY OF THIS COMPANY’S PRODUCTS. My daughter spent her hard-earned money on the Always Pan® 2.0 back on 11/25/21. I take meticulous care of everything I own. For the most part all I use this pan for is eggs. I never crack the eggs in the side of the pan, and is always hand washed. The finish has started to chip and peel. I asked for a replacement and they want no part of me. They keep reciting their not so generous 1-year warranty policy. They have no interest in keeping a customer happy … or, for that matter, even keeping a customer. The quality of the merchandise stinks and their customer service is worse. No telephone number so they simply hide behind emails. We have cookware from when we got married in 1979 that has stood the test of time better than this has in three years. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY OF THIS COMPANY’S PRODUCTS.

Do not order anything from this site because they are scammers. My husband and I recently moved to Canada and ordered this cookware for our family. We ordered the Ultimate Cookware Set in steam color, since the color is not the same as on the website, I asked them to replace it in char color, since the replacement deadline is 100 days. They told me to pack everything as they sent me, which I did. I packed the two products in a large box, where the Always Pan 2.0 and Perfect pot are also located and stuck two stickers, since there are two products inside, and I sent the other two in two other boxes with stickers. In the post, they scanned three labels, since there are two products in one box (they scanned only one). My husband and I asked why she didn't scan the second one, the worker said that there was no need, because it was only one box, regardless of the fact that there are two products inside, so Our Place will check it when they receive the package. After a few days, the pan arrived at my address, but without the Always Pan 2.0. Then I realized that they don't check the returned packages at all and that they cheated me about Always Pan 2.0 and that they will never send it to me. Also, the Mini Always Pan 2.0 that was sent to me in char color was used and was damaged. When I sent them pictures of the damaged product, they didn't even bother to answer me. That's why they have an offer where you can use the product for free for 100 days and when you return it, they sell it to someone else, regardless of whether it's damaged or used. I have all the photos and emails and I can send them to everyone so that they can see how they cheated me and that they didn't send me the product I paid for. Please feel free to contact me, I will reply to everyone and forward photos and email correspondence with the company Our Place. Please don't buy anything from them because they are scammers. In my family, only my husband works and we barely earned the money to buy this dish for the New Year and they cheated us. I've been crying for days and I don't know what to do, I've never experienced anything like this before. I am asking all people if they can help me and advise me what to do and who to turn to for legal help. They don't give you a phone number, you can't contact them, they only contact you by email and you can't do anything.

I received the perfect pot as a gift less then 4 months ago and already the lid paint is peeling. I reached out to Customer Service at Our Place Canada and was told without a order number they can't talk to me! I mentioned over and over, it was a gift and I don't have the order number. Overall the quality is a lot less then I thought and for the price point it's not fully worth it. I've had paint chips in my food! There is no resolve, except a less then quality "perfect pot". I have attached pics, for a pot thats over 200, this is completely unacceptable!

I think it was around 2 to 3 years ago that I ordered my first always pan. I got the lovely yellow colour. A week ago I ordered another pan and my first pot. This time I got the limited edition Aura colour. I am obsessed! It feels so good to be living sustainably with high quality and materials. Will be buying more.

Just spent over $500 for pots and pans from our place!After first use my glass stove get scratches , pot got spots on bottom ,won’t come out.So disappointing, i returning them all

I am someone who is totally okay with paying extra for aesthetic. If you're not, you may want to get a cheaper nonstick pan. All nonstick pans have limited lifespans, so think about if you're okay with paying this prices every 1-2 years (depending on how often you cook). The size and shape of the pan is very useful—deep enough to boil pasta—and the attachments like the steamer make it even more useful. I leave it on my stove since its so pretty, and it is my most-used nonstick pan.

It's the little things like this that make the Perfect Pot a standout choice.✨⭐

Have loved my green Our Place pan for over a year now. It's super cute and obviously adds to my kitchen aesthetic.

The Our Place Always Pan is a overall a beautiful pan with a cute boho design. I would consider getting the Perfect Pot to match.

Tried the perfect pot - had it for less than 6 months and babied it using it for steaming purposes only. Somehow still got nicks and scratched, unnecessarily heavy and there’s way better at this price point.

A very beautiful and well made pan that was a joy to cook with and see on the stove. The design is unique, practical and versatile and the finish is durable. You must be careful to not scratch the interior of the pan though!

Our family seems to be the only family in the world that doesn’t absolutely love this brand. The non-stick absolutely sticks. I reached out to customer service and they provided tips to potentially “repair” the non-stick, which was appreciated, but overall not a fan of the extra work. We followed all the instructions. Medium heat. Used the sponge provided. Non-abrasive dish soap. Idk maybe we got a lemon. Pros are great size. The wooden spoon that sits on top is awesome. We have the steamer add on and I love that the accessories fit perfectly but it is not our go to pan.

I’m in love with the Always Pan! I’ve noticed my food sticks less, it cooks evenly, and the pan is easy to clean. The pan is beautifully made and high quality. It’s a little pricey compared to other pans but it’ll last much longer than the other pans and the quality is a lot higher so it’s definitely worth the investment. Picking out the color was the hard part because they have such good options! I’ll and up buying more.

Really beautiful cookware. I got the light blue colorway. The shape does make it versatile piece in your kitchen! I also really love the steamers that you can put on top. My parents love using it to warm up leftovers when they don't want to use the microwave.

I purchased the cutting board and three knife set. I use them daily for cooking and prepping. Be sure to oil the cutting board so it does not dry out. It was nice that the knife set comes with protectors and sponges as well as care cards.

Our Place makes beautiful, versatile cookware, and I love the design and ease of use. However, I’m concerned about the chemicals used in some of the pans. While they perform well, I’d feel more confident if the materials were more transparent and free of any harmful substances. Still, it’s a great brand for everyday cooking.
