  • I dislike the pan. It’s meant for people who lightly heat food or simmer liquids. The customer service is great and offers to replace but you can’t replace a fundamentally broken product.

  • We love ours, and everyone we've gifted to has loved theirs, too! The colors make everything 1000x better.

  • Our Place pans have impressed me with their versatility and quality, earning a solid four-star rating from me. The pans are well-designed, featuring thoughtful details like the built-in spatula holder and steamer basket. Cooking with these pans has been a breeze, and I appreciate their non-stick surface and even heat distribution. However, I found the price to be slightly higher than other options on the market, which may be a consideration for some buyers. Overall, Our Place pans offer a convenient and efficient cooking experience, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen arsenal.

  • I have had my Our Place pan for 3.5 years now and use it almost daily. I really love this pan- however I am seeing some scratching of the non-stick coating. I do like that the new version of the pan is oven-safe and am thinking about upgrading to it soon!

  • The always pan is an excellent everyday use pan! I’ve had mine for a couple of years and it has held up much better than my pricey le creuset non stick pans. The ceramic coating provides a safe non-toxic alternative to traditional non stick options and clean up is a breeze! There are a few scratches in the ceramic coating, which I fully expect after the amount of use this pan has gotten.

  • I tried so hard to love Our Place. Maybe it's just not suited for my cooking style, but The Always Pan got super scratchy / worn super fast (for me at least!). As of late I've been sticking to a traditional stainless steel pan!

  • Love my everything pan, only complaint is it is super heavy!

  • Bento box was ok. Not enough space and a bit pricey for the size of it.

  • I love my Always Pan - I've had it for three years now and it still works great and is in pretty good shape visually!

  • Great alternative to it’s more expensive friends. The nonstick really stays and the products look cute too.

  • Very aesthetic and heavy duty. Needs proper care (no metal in the pan) to be able to keep the nonstick!

  • I got the always pan and was blown away by its non stick powers at first! But that faded considerably within a short period of time and what bothers me even more is the staining. After only a few uses the inside and bottom of the pan began to brown. The care instructions say not to use anything too harsh on it, but I have tried everything and still can't clean it up. It's cute to look at in profile, and I do think their spoon rest is innovative. Taking the price into account, there are definitely better options.

  • The pan that is THE easiest to clean. It's my go-to pan for everyday cooking, and best of all it looks great on the table too.

  • When I first got this pan, it was the only pan I would use. But, after numerous usage, everything became to stick and made it a very temperamental pan to use as my go-to. I found some work-around. But, slightly disappointed.

  • I am officially a fan of Our Place. I put off getting the Always pan for a long time because I thought it was gimmicky, but I ended up purchasing one for my husband for a holiday gift this year. Even though it's not dishwasher-safe (which he dislikes), it's been a great pan so far. I like that it's a little bit deep so it can be used for dishes with more liquid or sauces, and I like the look and feel of the pan. The top handle does get a little hotter than I was expecting. At the same time, I purchased the Wonder Oven for my teenager--well, OK, for the whole house--because they wanted an air fryer and I wanted a new toaster oven. It has been amazing! It's adorable and just the right size for our smallish kitchen, the toast and air fryer functions work very well, and I was even able to make homemade pizza in it a few weeks ago when our oven suddenly died. My only confusion with the Wonder Oven is about the steam elements, which is supposed to rejuvenate old bread, waffles, etc. We've only used it once and it seemed rather...wet. Probably user error. Their products are both stylish and work well!

  • I recently got plates from them and I am absolutely in love. They are super cute, and have the right size (not too big not too small). I love the materials of it, plus I have got a lot of compliments from my family about it.

  • I bought the first generation of the Always Pan when it first came out! I loved the aesthetic of it and the fact that it had a spoon rest. I also got a dumpling steamer for free with my order. As much as I like how it looks, it is not the most functional pan. Despite following care instructions, the pan lost its nonstick coating within a few months. I cook A LOT and have since invested in professional stainless steel pots and pans so if you're looking for something on a professional level or something long-lasting, I don't recommend this pan. One of my friends recently bought the 2nd version of the Always Pan and they love it, so maybe the newer version is better. I still believe that if you're looking for something to last a long time that you should invest in stainless steel cookware instead. HOWEVER... I do recommend their dishes! They're very high quality and I've had them for almost 4 years now! They're extremely durable and dishwasher-safe. I bought a whole dinner wear set including dishes, bowls, cups, and mugs. I host people for dinner quite often and I always get compliments on my dinnerware. Another great thing about this dinnerware is that it's all stackable so it takes up very little space in my small apartment.

  • I get the appeal. It’s all in one, non stick, and looks cool. The problem is that it’s really not that great of a product. The nonstick eventually wears off, the spatula included is awful quality, and I don’t think I’ve used the steam basket once. I’ll keep using it until it starts peeling but I wouldn’t buy it again.

  • I’ve tried the Always pan twice now, and each time, the coating wore off 6-7 months into using it. Doesn’t feel like a sustainable product, although it’s pretty.
