On brand is really high quality. I use Beta-Alanine for my pre workouts, and works wonders. You can see the veins pooping and it increases the strength and the energy levels also. I have tried other products from the brand like vitamins and protein powder and they all incredible.

I recently tried Optimum Nutrition for their energy drink. The blueberry lemonade was great tasting and gave me the energy I was looking for without added sugar or lots of calories. It seems to have less caffeine than a lot of energy drinks but still enough to give energy, which I appreciate.

My boyfriend's protein powder of choice, he buys the big chocolate one. I've had it a couple times and while I can admit yes, it's a nice chocolate taste, I don't like how artificial it is and all those ingredients on the back. When I buy protein powder I like it to be the cleanest I can find and unfortunately this is not it. For what it's worth it has good macros.

I have the vanilla flavor and I was hoping it wouldn't have that chalky taste and it doesn't. I can drink either room temperature or cold, but obviously cold is better.

It is my go to basic protein, however I do wish the products were more consistent. For example the double milk chocolate had essentially no flavor. The chocolate peanut butter is one of my favorites and it mixes well. The rocky road does not mix well in a blender bottle.

Considering that vegan and sugar-free protein shakes often come with a rather peculiar taste, I got rid off the whole container as it tasted too artificial. Even adding more cocoa to subdue the after taste, did not help. There are better tasting brands in my opinion.
