Oatly earns strong reviews for creamy, dairy-like texture—especially the Barista Edition, which froths reliably for café-level lattes and blends beautifully in coffee, matcha, and baking—while critiques target ingredient lists with added oils/gums and a sometimes sweet or “oaty” aftertaste. Reviews also note occasional gut sensitivity and glucose spikes, plus variability in thickness across versions, making Oatly a standout for performance in drinks but not ideal for those seeking the cleanest formulas.

Not a fan, I’ve been using milk alternatives since more than a decade - this contains seed oils, it's heavily processed and has high fat content. Do not purchase.
Rich and creamy, this makes the most amazing hot lattes! I love the subtle oat taste. Won't go back to other brands when it comes to barista milk alternatives.
I have enjoyed all the products from oatly that I’ve tried. However, the ethics and management seem questionably based on news and media
Creamy and frothy A good add to your lattes in the morning. It's plant based so very economical friendly. I was amazed by the flavor and texture of the milk

I recently tried Oatley, and I'm hooked! The oat milk is so smooth and creamy, it’s perfect in my morning coffee. I also love how it has a rich taste without being too heavy. It's a great alternative to dairy, and it has quickly become a staple in my kitchen. If you're thinking about making the switch, I highly recommend giving Oatley a try!
Looove this one to make chai lattes! It’s good both hot and iced, I just wish it was so expensive!

When I started to lead a vegan lifestyle I really missed milk and cheese. The cheese I found at Miyoko; I was so fortunate to find Oatly. none of the other oat milks and compared to this. It has the best flavor. I would never switch back to regular milk if I didn’t know how horribly treated milk cows are. I buy all three kinds for different purposes. If you haven’t been happy with oat milk, try Oatly!
Obsessed 🤩
Very sweet oat milk, I buy it sometimes instead of other drinks
This is a very tasty oat milk. It can be found at many stores, and is a pretty good bang for its buck! It is perfectly creamy for overnight oats, cookies, etc.!
Has a great texture for frothing and doesn't weirdly separate in hot beverages!

Actually pretty good! The original is surprisingly creamy - works great in coffee and really ups my cereal game. No weird aftertaste like some other plant milks I've tried. Only downside is the price - bit steep compared to regular milk. Sometimes it's tricky to find in stores too. Love their eco-friendly approach though, feels good to buy. It does separate a bit in hot drinks, but no biggie. Overall, solid dairy alternative! Not mind-blowing, but definitely enjoyable. Might become a regular if I get it on sale.
One of my favorite milk alternatives. Tastes great, thicker than others
one of my favorite oat milk brands especially for lattes at home
I recently tried Oatly oat milk, and it has quickly become my go-to dairy alternative. The taste is creamy and smooth, with a subtle oat flavor that works perfectly in coffee, smoothies, and even baking. It doesn't have the overpowering sweetness that some other plant-based milks have, which I really appreciate. The quality of the product is impressive, and I love that it comes in eco-friendly packaging. It's clear that Oatly is committed to sustainability, which is important to me. I also appreciate that their oat milk is fortified with vitamins and minerals, making it a nutritious choice. Overall, Oatly offers a high-quality and tasty alternative to dairy milk that fits seamlessly into my daily routine. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and sustainable plant-based milk option!
eeew - it tastes like grass. Seriously - the aftertaste is barnyard-esq.
I use their barista milk in my oat milk latte and I love how creamy it is. Good brand and high quality. Price point is spot on with other oat milk brands.
Oatly barista does the job if you're looking for a creamy, dairy free alternative for your coffee beverage. It froths extremely well and is rich and creamy like dairy whole milk! It also tastes amaze. It's a good product!
Ok but very Oaty. Not my favorite brand for coffee.
Turns out I have a lactose intolerance, so I moved over to oat milk. Really happy with this brand; I find it much tastier than almond milk.
