Love these for pre/during-workout hydration, leaves me feeling energized and hydrated for the full day. Would love more flavor options and an option with more fizz - it goes a bit flat after 10 mins or so.

My hands down favorite electrolyte solution! I used to use these when doing intense training, but recently have started taking one every morning to help with hydration. I haven't found an electrolyte product with low added sugar that tastes this good or does such a good job with hydration. I haven't tried their other products, but definitely will after reading other reviews.

These are such an easy way to take your electrolytes!! The taste is pretty good when dissolved in sparkling water.

I don’t go on my long runs without Nuun. They have been a hydration game changer when it comes to running outside in Texas. I put one tab in my handheld water bottle before I head out and am able to avoid a post-run headache every time.

Have tried their sport, immunity, and rest tablets. Really like the sport and immunity ones – not sure if the rest one works and the taste was not my favorite. Packing is compact and great for traveling.

I love these things. I'm a tennis instructor and spend lots of time outdoors moving around, so dehydration is a common recurrence for me. They really help me stay hydrated and on top of my water intake. A huge plus is that they are not too sweet and the flavors are great.

I cannot say enough about how much my family loves Nuun. My husband and I are training for our first half marathon and the hydration is amazing. The flavors are fun and I really love and benefit from the added magnesium!

NUUN tablets are a staple in our house. They’re far far healthier for kids (and grownups) than Gatorade or other sugared sport drinks. They contain both magnesium and potassium which are super important post workout. And the flavors are refreshing and tasty!

I love Nuun! The packets are great for when I’m on the go! They are delicious and nutritious! Just add to water, stir, and enjoy!

I feel amazing after drinking my morning Nuun. It gives me energy, clears up headaches, and helps me to focus without any coffee jitters. It's now a part of my daily routine. The flavors are also great.

I have started using Nuun once a day and I am noticing fewer migraines! I am the type of person who always needs to drink lots of water every day, and I feel like I am not as thirsty when sipping this throughout the day as opposed to plain water. For me, it is a game changer!

For me, I couldn’t finish it. To be fair I haven’t found a powdered electrolyte drink that works for me yet. Too artificial tasting.

Nuun is amazing. It was very hot inside of my workplace which was dehydrating me quickly. I prepared my nuun and it hydrated me really quickly while tasting amazing.

I tried the tabs. I didn’t like the flavors. But I’m picky.

Tasty and effective. I am a poor water drinker at best, but hate reaching for sugary drinks. This is a happy medium with vitamins and electrolytes as icing on the cake.

I use electrolytes to help manage my POTS, I liked the ratio of salt to other electrolytes on here, but wasnt a huge fan of the fizz, and the flavor was a little funky

I think Nuun is one of the better tasting rehydrate tablets/powder. They dissolve easily and are affordable too.

Not a huge fan of the flavor I purchased, but it made me feel hydrated. The tablet also had caffeine which provided a nice boost for my run. Works great for athletes and for those who occasionally hate the taste of plain water.
