This Psyllium Husk Powder works wonders for my digestion and improved so much bloating. I take a spoon everyday and I noticed a lot better health benefits than other soluble fibers. I mix this with water and let it become a gel.

Give a Tea by NOW Foods makes really good teas. They’re function teas. The TLC one I purchased is for Throat and Lung Care. It tastes delicious and was soothing on my sore throat. I would buy it again.
I like that this company offers cheap products. I use a couple of their oils, including the almond and castor oil and I buy some of their vitamins. I really really enjoy the cheap cost assuming the product does what it claims to do.

I just tried their Nighttime Tea and thought it was really good. It definitely helps to wind you down before bedtime. It also has a very mild taste which I liked. I would say it’s comparable to other night time teas I have tried.
