Hmm, I think it depends on a person's anatomy when it comes to whether this product is a good fit. They say to tuck it behind a "shelf" but mine seems to be very short in that whenever I sit in easy pose it slips out quite easily. Good thing they have a good return policy except I left the country before I could make good use of it.

This is the first and only period cup I’ve tried and I love it. Aside for a pretty steep learning curve (which kind of depends on your experience level and body in general), I’ve really loved it. It’s comfortable, you can leave it in while having sex and it doesn’t need changing too often. Bought one for at least 4 of my friends too.

Sadly, this did not work for me. At. All. I gave it a three month try and I really think it is personal anatomy dependent. It slipped constantly which defeated the purpose. Hiking in the mountains? Slipped. Short jog in the park? Also slipped. Really wanted to like it. Would like to return.

I switched to using period cups years back and found them to work pretty well, I was then targeted by an instagram ad for a nixit disk and I was really intrigued, especially by the idea that it could be kept in during intercourse. Well that was almost 3 years ago now and I haven’t looked back. The nixit disk is awesome. The silicone it really soft and easy to manipulate into position, it hooks up into place and stays there until I decide to remove it. The capacity is large which is handy. Getting the disk out is a bit of a learning curve but once you learn how to do it, you really don’t give it a second thought. I love this product.

This product did not even slightly fit. It pops right out, I could not even get it to stay in for a minute. You are supposed to insert all the way back then hook it upwards against your pubic bone but the hooking portion does not work at all. This product fail really struck a nerve because they are the most expensive brand, and virtually all of their advertising and marketing is based on the claim that these will fit anyone. (They specifically claim that it will fit all bodies... just look at the summary under their photo on this page!) In retrospect, every, "flower" is different, so how could this be true? There are no refunds and no other recourse if it does not fit you, they suggest you keep trying it while it is falling out for 3 months. Huh? I do NOT recommend this purchase. There is no guarantee it will fit and you can easily get an identical one off Amazon for $10. Complete waste of money, and the dishonest advertising left a sour taste in my mouth.

After years of testing our different size and brands of tampons and other menstrual cups, Nixit is heaven sent.
