The Nike Metcon sneakers have been my go-to for cross-training for years now. I decided to upgrade from my old Metcon 5s to the 7s, and so far I am loving how comfortable and sturdy they are for weightlifting and cardio.

I run long distances and these are by fav my favorite shoe. They have the perfect amount of squish and yet feel very stable while running. I’ve now gotten multiple friends to run in them too and everyone has nothing but great reviews!
You will find alot of Nike shoes in my house between my husband and myself. He tends to wear mainly nike work out gear as well to the gym. Overall we find the quality good and alot of the shoes are relatively reasonably priced.

love the t-90 take on the old indoor soccer shoes for the street and as an alternative to the sambas. super comfortable and seems like quality leather, looking forward to less snow to finally wear them out
