  • I love Native. I was leery at first, but ordered some of their new scents during the holidays & during sales. They sent me the wrong order & I purchased so much, I didn’t even realize. But they did & corrected it immediately. The next bottle that arrived was whipped around in the shipping so it had leaked. When I was asked how my order replacement was, I let them know. They immediately replaced it. So definitely great customer service & friendly I might add. As far as the scents- I wish that they were edible. They smell fantastic! I love them all. And with clean ingredients- no sores on my scalp! Finally! I have heard a lot of negative on Native. I love it! And absolutely no… I have no lost hair from the shampoo! 🤣 None!

  • Staple to my shower experience. The scent is so so so good - my gf and I both share it. The brand is no frills, fresh, clean and available everywhere I need it to be. I appreciate the clean ingredients and the compelling price point. It goes on super smooth too and is curly hair approved!

  • I've really enjoyed how clean my hair has felt using Native shampoo. As a 40-something woman, I've been dealing with some excess oil iny hair and Native really seems to keep it in check.I would purchase this product again.

  • I like how gentle the shampoo is on my hair. It is not stripping or drying, and also smells nice. I like that it also contains clean ingredients and has so parabens or sulfates. I got the cucumber one and it smells really great.

  • Their shampoo feels very nice and is gentle on my hair.

  • I like the idea of Native, but I've found their products hit or miss. I like their deodorant. I think it's one of the better natural options out there and the scents are great. I did not like the shampoo and conditioner - my hair felt like straw.

  • I’ve tried a few of Native’s products and had mixed feelings. The deodorant, shampoo, and conditioner didn’t really work for me—I didn’t love the formulas or how they felt. That said, the body wash was totally fine! I appreciated that it’s a clean product with simple ingredients, and the price point is pretty reasonable. I like what the brand stands for, even if not everything has been a hit for me personally.

  • I have been using Native Shampoo ever since I saw people talking/recommending it on social media. I was looking for a shampoo that wasn’t too strong or had any harmful chemicals. I stumbled into a post where someone was talking about how Native was a good choice for shampoo. I was intrigued and decided to give it a try. I got myself a bottle from Target and picked the Coconut & Vanilla scent. Native shampoo is made out with natural ingredients and is meant to clean your hair in a gentle/smoothing way. It doesn’t have things such as sulfates or parabens which can cause your scalp to dry or itch. The product comes in a simple, clean white looking bottle and is super easy to use. I’ve probably been using this product for around 10-11 months now. If I had to say something good about Native Shampoo is that it has natural ingredients not like some other shampoos. It comes with no sulfate, paraben, or any strong chemicals that can be bad for your hair or scalp. This could be very helpful for a person who has sensitive skin or dry hair. In my personal experience, when I started using this I was able to tell that my scalp wouldn’t feel itchy anymore, and my hair felt even more soft and clean. The Coconut & Vanilla scent is very light and sweet, making it not too strong. My hair was able to smell nice all day. One last thing I could say is about the bottle. At first I didn’t realize but the more I bought them I was able to realize that the bottle is made from recycled plastic, which is way better for the environment. Also the design looks simple and clean, making it look nice in the shower. Something I really like about this brand is that it talks about being eco friendly, indicating they care about our planet. Even though there are many great things about the product, there are some things that could be improved on in my opinion. The first thing would be the pricing. Native Shampoo costs more than your regular shampoo that you can buy at the store. Just one bottle of shampoo can cost you around $10 and $12. This could only be a reason why some people wouldn’t buy it since it’s too expensive. Another thing would be the bubbles/foam. Most people are used to their shampoo to lather a lot, and when it doesn’t they might think it doesn’t work and throw it away. It might feel weird at first but over time you get used to it. Overall, I think Native Shampoo is a great product for people who want a more natural and smoothing way to wash their hair. It’s great for your scalp, smells so good, and is better for the environment. I would give it an A- because even though it has great ingredients and has a good smell it’s a bit pricey, but you are paying for better ingredients and a product that won't cause problems to your hair. So that’s my reasoning on why it deserves an A-. In conclusion, probably the most important part about this is that Native Shampoo works well and makes your hair feel fresh and clean. It's probably one of the safeties and healthy choices if you care about what goes in your hair products. So for my final grade I would have to give it an A-. Not perfect but yet still has much better ingredients than many shampoos. I would highly recommend it to friends and family who want to try a more safe and natural shampoo.
