Myya reviews and discussion

I was so excited to have found Myya. I had a mastectomy almost 2 years ago and was finally ready to have a prosthetic to even out my bra to look more natural as I opted not to have reconstruction. I saw great reviews at Myya and was able to sign up for an immediate video consultation. Myya came through for that like clockwork and I spent about 20-30 minutes of time showing the consultant my issues across my laptop video link and even though that was embarrassing, I was so anxious and excited to get fitted for this prosthetic bra insert I didn't mind. I had uploaded all my insurance info prior to the video appt, and the consultant said she would be sending me a prosthetic piece in the mail. I waited a little over a week and had not received any email correspondence so decided to check in to get an update. I sent them an email through their Contact Us link since they don't answer their phones. 5 days later, no response. I tried calling again and still it always goes to voice mail so I once again did their Contact Us link, waited another 4 days and no response. I left a voice mail on their phones with no reply and sent a 3rd email through their link and its been another 10 days and still no response. Now I am wondering if this is indeed a legitimate company. This is so sad that I went through this video appt. showing them my deformed breast for absolutely nothing. Its been 1 month now since my video appt. and I have never heard back from them. Myya sucks and cannot be trusted.
