  • I EAT MUSH EVERYDAY. Best breakfast. Always filling. Always starts my day with energy and so delicious. My friends ask me how I can eat something so MUSHY everyday and I always respond that it's the perfect amount of food. Also everything turns to mush when we chew anyways.

  • I really wanted to love Mush as there are not many vegan convenience foods like this, but to be 100% honest it's just a cup of cold sweet chunky goo. It's not appealing and the pretty packaging and fun flavors don't redeem it. I found it difficult to even finish a serving and a serving is not very much.

Additional textures (like those yogurt cups with separate toppings) might help

  • I did not care for the texture (too mushy) and the flavoring was a bit artificial-tasting

I think I would like this better if the oats were not cut so small, then it may not have been as mushy. I realize the brand is called MUSH though- maybe that's the point.

  • Mush is a great healthy on the go snack. I have enjoyed both the vanilla and dark chocolate flavor. You can find them in whole foods, jimbos, sprouts, safeway, and I am sure many more grocery stores making them easily accessible. If you are an oat lover this is a great option, with only 5 ingredients I believe!
