Personally the sleep mints don't do much, maybe relax me just a touch. But I'm adding extra stars b/c my mom says the ginger mints give nausea relief for her chemo symptoms where her prescription meds haven't been able to. It's not super long lasting but even temporary relief is wonderful!
Feedback
The sleep mints have a bit of a weed type flavor which I don't like.
