These cards are so cute. I love the designs on them. I love how you can buy the card and send it to yourself and they include an envelope or you can send the card straight to the recipient, which is very convenient.

SCAM ! Never received it - can’t get a refund. Customer service totally useless. DO NOT BUY

I ordered two Greggs Christmas cards for my son's as a laugh. According to the product information I should have received an email with Greggs vouchers within 2 days of receipt. To date I have waited 6/7 days for the vouchers. I contacted customer services who were extremely unhelpful, I have been given no reason why I have not received the vouchers, and have been told to wait while they conduct an internal investigation! I have no idea how long they are expecting me to wait. I have requested a refund which was denied. In fact one customer service operator told me he couldn't help any further as he had to "get on with his work"! As a loyal Moonpig customer of over 15 years I will not be using them again. Their customer service used to be excellent....not now! I will have to order replacement cards now, but I certainly won't be ordering them from Moonpig.

Ordered a graduation card for a high schooler graduating this year. Card was adorable and was able to add a free customization with the grad’s name. Shipping was fast too, highly recommend!

I’m THRILLED to have found this service, I loved designing my card. You can upload your own handwriting, select and place emojis and stickers, and the shipping was really quick! I have MINOR mentions: the ink transferred a bit from one side of the card to the other, and it arrived in a blank white envelope with no return address or branding, so I thought it was junk mail at first, which is the 4/5 star rating for me!

The postcards are made of high-quality paper, the print quality is excellent. I was absolutely delighted with my purchase. That's why I rate the cards 5 stars ⭐ It was easy to customize your postcards, add photos and stickers, text. I recommend ordering from Moonpig.

I made a birthday card for my best friend and it was very easy to do as well as add photos. I had it sent to her and I wish they would include on the envelope who the company is or my mailing address. It came in a blank envelope with no return address and she thought it was spam. Luckily she opened it and loved it. The card was thick nice quality she said. Over all it was a good experience.

I loved how easy it was to create these ready-made greeting cards! The customization options were fantastic, letting me add a personal and funny touch. I got a couple of cards for my siblings' birthdays, and they absolutely loved them. Highly recommend for unique and thoughtful gifting!

This was very easy to do. I could easily pick my own photos and upload them onto the card. They even had an AI section that helper you figure out what to write in the card.

these cards are so freaking cute. They are thoughtful and unique. You can express your feelings and it will be type nice and neatly I so recommend this card.

I love the images they had available for custom cards. It was so easy to edit it and personalize it with my own text and pictures. It was such a cute card I’m gonna hold on to it for my anniversary.

Joke of a company, Delivered a card and plant a day late than a specific date, as my mum was going on holiday the next day for 2 weeks and I wanted to make sure she got it before she went. DPD then delivered it the day after the arranged date ( today ) and left it on their doorstep, which obviously they are now not there. By the time they get back from holiday its likely the plant will be dead and card ruined. Moonpig gave "delivery credit" for the amount of the late delivery, but insisted they've done their Job and wiped their hands of it, with nothing else could be done even though the order wasnt signed for and is now left outside someones front door who wont be there until the 1st of next month. Absolutely shocking. Could have gone to tesco and got a plant and card at a fraction of the price if i wanted to do it all myself, now I've got to either try and get to my parents house and retrieve the plant, or just accept its going to be perished by the time they get home and buy them another one.

I've been using Moonpig for years. It's useful as I live abroad from my family and international post can be really unreliable. I'll start with the positives. Moonpig has a great selection of designs, and I love that the cards are fully customisable. You can even include colour photos and text inside the card which is a really nice touch. They've also always been delivered promptly. On the downside, even though they're customisable, Moonpig cards somehow feel less personal than something hand-written. You just somehow lose some of the connection with the card sender knowing that the card was not hand written. Anyway, provided you're okay with that, Moonpig is the original and best online greeting card service.

Great time making a card with this company. The wife loved it very much thanks a ton for everything you guys do. Hope to get more.

I'm a bit disappointed. I sent cards to our grandkids in two separate states, and neither card arrived by the date scheduled and promised. I can’t speak about the card(s) as I have yet to see either.

I got an engagement card for my brother and was pleased with how the custom card turned out! The only thing was it didn't come with a separate envelope- which I was told would be included in the order.

The card I created from moonlit turned out so cute! The templates were easy to use and had great options. I hope to use them again soon for other projects. I do feel like the cost is a little high for an individual card though.

Easy to design, friendly prices and my mom loved it! The only point of improvement I would say is the make it more clear which day the card will be delivered and better tracking for that! I believe my card arrived 1 day late.
