I am not sure if I can get behind this. I used it for 30 days and realized no major difference. Perhaps its a me thing, however, I do say that the flavor was great! I am just not sure if it is worth the money if you feel no gain after consistently drinking for a month.

Just started using this instead of taking my usual magnesium pills before bed. Moon Brew is a great drink to help wind-down the day. It’s hot and flavorful. It does not contain melatonin and I like that ! Enjoy before bed and sleep like a baby!

I am blown away. Don’t usually write reviews, but felt compelled to in this case. I’ve been looking for something to help improve my sleep - MoonBrew not only helped me fall asleep, but also stay asleep (which is rare)! And it tasted delicious - I tried the hot cocoa flavor, but they have some other ones that sound good (just ordered a coconut chocolate one!) Couldn’t recommend more.
