As a girl in my wellness era, the moonbird has become an absolute must in my self-care routine! It’s been nearly a year since I started my journey with this handheld breathing coach, and I can't imagine my day without it. The design of the device is sleek, minimalistic, and ergonomic, which I absolutely love. It’s super easy to use – you don’t even need your phone if you’re not tracking the session! I personally do use this with my phone for the real-time biofeedback and effect on HR and HRV. With the tactile component (inhale as device expands, exhale as device contracts), it truly feels like a close companion in my wellness journey. The moonbird gently guides me through breathing exercises (can be as short as 2 minutes or as long as 30 minutes), and the best part is that it adapts to my body’s rhythm, ensuring I’m always in sync with my breath. One notable gap, however, is that it does not sync with Apple Mindfulness minutes. The redeeming quality? There’s no subscription cost for the moonbird app! As a wellness enthusiast, I’m always on the lookout for tools that support my holistic health, and the moonbird has definitely earned a permanent spot in my routine.
