The desert taupe color is beautiful. The front pocket is going to be so handy for passports and magazines- even my laptop! I love it!!

Perfect size as I've always found the large check-ins to be problematic with trying to stay under weight limit. I love the design of dividers and ease of clips.

Expensive, but seems to be worth it. After reading other reviews we purchased this luggage to replace luggage that had been mishandled by baggage handlers at the airport. We still haven't traveled with our new luggage so we'll have to wait and see how it holds up against the handlers.

This is the smoothest rolling suitcase I have ever owned. I travel 60-70% of the year via airplane and have to purchase a new suitcase every 3 years. This is by far the best one I have owned yet. it has only been on 2 trips so far.

The only reason I gave Monos a “star” is because there wasn’t an option for no stars. Their customer service is nonexistent! I ordered on November 26 (Order #2793220, a Black Friday deal) and my credit card was charged. When I check the order status on the Monos website it still shows as unfulfilled as of December 7. I’ve emailed “customer service” 3 times and only get a canned response stating that they’re really busy and responses are being delayed by 2-4 days. There’s no phone number because apparently they can’t be bothered by customers. I’m really disappointed and I certainly wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

I really love this bag. I have the smaller carry-on suitcase for international flights, but wanted one a bit larger for domestic flights. It holds so much, love the organization features, it rolls wonderfully and is a joy to use.

I ordered 2 carryons for a 9 week trip which includes a 2 week cruise to Europe followed by 7 weeks in France. I did a “dummy” pack and everything fit in the 2 Monos carryons! No need to worry about checking luggage. Plus the luggage moves so easily, is so functional, well-made and attractive - I thought the packaging was in keeping with the Monos brand and appreciated the cloth dust cover and the included packing bags. I look forward to using my Monos cases for our next trip.

When I was searching for new luggage, I looked everywhere. I stopped at Bies and Monos. Both brands came out in purple luggage then, so I waited to see which one I preferred. Monos one, however. Monos sold out quicker than you could say habanero. And I missed the opportunity to get all the items I wanted then. To my delight when they relaunched the collection. I could not be happier with my Monos luggage set, metro duffle, backpack, and sling. I can’t wait to use it on my upcoming trip in January. 

Loved the non-zipper "trunk" style locks. Alleviated all of my worries about someone getting in my luggage! The wheels are so smooth on any surface. Sleek design and great color! I did find that the outer shell scratched somewhat easily, that is my only qualm. Aside from that though, super secure, stylish and practical!

Everything is great. I have the carry on and I love the middle divider where I can fold a nice blouse or dress. All the compartments are useful as well. Handle doesn’t have a rubber and it’s pure plastic which hurts your hands. It also does scratch easily.

I am on my first trip with my new hybrid large check in. I absolutely love the color and the suitcase appears extremely well constructed and durable. I really appreciate the extra touches the large hybrid suitcase, as with regard to reinforced corners and the locks instead of the zipper. I did purchase the luggage cover and I’m already so glad that I did as I see the scrapes and scuffs on the luggage cover while my luggage still looks beautiful!! And the customer service I received through my process of purchasing was extraordinary! I will write another review when I get home from my three week trip around South America.

This is my 3rd case. It is very simple, but beautiful. I have two small ones and 1 large one and love them all!

I have traveled with this on 4 trips so far this year and it has made each trip a breeze. I can fit all my traveling needs in it and the added bonus of the front laptop pocket is fantastic. Love that it also came with two shoe bags and a dirty clothes drawstring. Honestly, best carry-on bag I’ve ever owned.

Really glad I spent money on this! Very sleek and just great to use especially on short trips.

I purchased the Ocean Blue to match my Carry on Pro Plus. It is a good size large checked piece with the compression panels and shoe bags. I love how easily the wheels maneuver and I will be traveling in this next week so I will provide a review up my return

We liked the check in large piece so much that we purchased a medium check in to add to the collection.

I bought two of the carry on plus suitcases. We researched them thoroughly before purchasing them and were not disappointed. One of the suitcases was damaged during delivery. I could not have been more happy the way my rep took charge of the situation and made it right. Many times in situations like this, the company makes me do all of the work to rectify it. Not in the case. It was the exact opposite. Thank you for making the purchase a very positive experience for me and my family.
