Everything about my Medium check-in is even more than I expected, every detail is so beautiful and well made I’m really enjoying it and can’t wait to go on my next trip so I can use it.

Hub likes a carry-on for short business trips, and we were so happy with our previous purchases of the check-in medium that we added this. Perfect for his needs! The storm gray color is a lovely mid-grey that's gender neutral.

This is a great carry on. Took it on its first trip from Boston to Austin. Fit all my clothes without a problem. Love the compression system. Feels (and is) extremely sturdy. What I really loved about it was how smoothly the wheels roll. This is something that is really important to me. It was an absolute breeze to move through the airport, up the escalators, and to the gate. I checked out other brands and felt this was the one I should get. Absolutely made the right decision (and after this trip, so glad I did).

We love our Monos luggage - I have given it to my children for Christmas, as well. Highly recommend!

I really like the looks of the luggage. The size is really nice and the zippers and lock work well. Again, time will tell if it holds up against the luggage handlers at the airport.

Bought to go with specially produced purple carryon. They are a fun colour and make packing so much easier. I have ordered a 6 pack for my medium suitcase

Best carry-on I've purchased thus far. The room and structure. Love the front compartment for all my smaller essentials.

Best suitcase I've ever owned... I have the small carry on and am ordering the larger one for a longer trip I'm taking. Someone who travels a LOT designed this suitcase!! All of the pockets and spaces you'd want and it's beautiful looking!

This genuinely rolls so smoothly - I got the carry on with the pocket which is perfect for my laptop (instead of carrying a backpack). The only drawback is that the carry on doesn't let you squeeze that much into it. I'd say the structure is pretty rigid. I had the Calpak carry on before and I could squish things in without the zippers popping.

I received my $500 suitcase today & it arrived locked and without instructions on how to open it. Completely unusable. I immediately packed it up and went to process the return where they refuse a full refund & charge $40 to return the luggage. Plus an additional $20 to return the luggage cover. Their return instructions say “if it is locked when returned you get no refund”. It was locked on arrival, and is the reason for my return. Infuriating & corrupt company. DO NOT RISK buying from them.

The carry-on pro is attractive and spacious but the telescoping handle is flimsy and mine broke with the first use. The customer service experience has been drawn out and less than impressive. I wanted to support a Canadian company but I’ll be switching back to Away.

The luggage is beautiful from the inside and out. However, the size of the Carry On Plus is smaller than expected. It is smaller in size and holds quite a bit less than my original carry on bags. The suitcase is sturdy, easy to navigate and was strong enough for my 8 year to ride on it while whipping through airports recently. However, even as a carry on the amount of scratches is excessive.Customer service is slow and the verdict is still out. I am trying to return the one of the 3 suitcases I purchased because I do not love them (have to keep the two I used), but customer service took 3 days to get back to my initial request and asked why I want to return it and has not yet provided the return label/info. My timeline to return is closing in. I hope they respond quickly and appropriately.

I bought this one for my official tour to Italy, It rolled on with such ease and I could carry it everywhere. The lovely ocean blue color and sturdy material made me buy another piece in larger size. Got so many compliments!

Sleek design and useful pockets. Fabric is quite shiny which I don"t love but it matches my international carry-on so keeping it. It was kind of a guess whether the colors would go together. It would be helpful if monos showed things together in one picture to suggest what matches.

I used the Metro Folio kit for my trip to Amsterdam. It was the perfect travel accessory. It held many of the items I needed to get thru the airport and use on the plane. It’s actually much more useful than the case that came with the duffle bag. My kit has the new attachment system and it worked great. Easy to get on and off. My only wish would be if the Folio case had rings for a strap that would enable it to be used as a shoulder or crossbody bag. Great purchase!

Rolling on four wheels versus two is a game changer. Outer pocket reduces the need for a separate laptop bag. And compression straps help you pack way more than expected. Sweetness.

Super light, strong and a great set to have for a long time. Excellent construction and friendly staff, my only wish is for Monos to have a customer service number.

Bought 4 suitcases after my daughter did some research. I’ve travelled once and the suitcase is dented and pretty scratched up. If I knew that the suitcase was going to look like this, I would not have gotten it.
