Looks sturdy and very nice looking. I like that it locks with no zippers. We are planning to travel to Europe next month & that's the reason for this purchase. I also have the packing cubes ordered too.

Love the inside capacity and quality. Of course the first trip it came out of baggage claim all dirty and scuffed but most came off with a wet cloth and the magic eraser! Beautiful color!

I ordered 2 monos carry-on plus suitcases in middle of Dec. 2022. One is Terrazzo and one is midnight black. After i recieved those suitcases - for the midnight black suitcase, when i got it the tape on the bottom of the deliver box has been opened already. The suitcase bag was not fully sealed, looks like someone already opened it . There were touch marks showing on the suitcase as well, the handle feels a little lose and i don't hear the lock sound when push all the way down compare with the Terrazzo suitcase that i recieved at the same time. Am not sure what happened, I have never had this experience before. Now am worried, i hope i didn't get the suitcase might be from somone's returning? If I paid over $250 for a suitcase, I prefer to recieve a brand new and well packed one. Therefore, I contacted monos customer service though emails to ask for solutions. Never get respond. And then I called their customer phone number, left message, never get respond. However, i keep recieve a survy email from mono ask me to rate their luggage and service. It sounds like a joke. It has been over 10 days, I still haven't hear Single word from mono. Their customer service is really bad base on my experience. I have no idea what I can do at this point. Have traveled long distance twice with a Monos travel pro carry-on. The luggage is well designed both exteriorly and interiorly, and easy to maneuver in the terminal and on board. Two relatively minor issues: the flat surfaced outer shell mars easily and the zipper tabs of the outer computer compartment may be difficult to grasp.

This luggage is absolute garbage! We have used our luggage only once and it is completely destroyed (see pictures below). Monos advertises that their product is made of the highest quality material which is far from true. They also stated that the luggage cannot be returned because it considered used after only traveling with it one time. How in the world would you know if the luggage can easily be damaged if you cannot travel with it. The return policy is a total scam and this is a typical "bait and switch" scenario where its advertised as a high quality product only to see it ruined after one use! DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT! You have been warned!

I love having everything so organized and easy to find. They are quality made with lots of areas to put stuff. Best I have seen, and I've been looking for years.

Travel from Calgary to St Louis with the Carry-on Plus, Both planes were smaller United Airlines planes and the Carry-on Plus fit perfectly (it was very close on the second smaller plane, some other folks had to use the carry-on posits at the front of the plane, but my carry-on, plus fit perfectly in the overhead. No room to spare but perfect fit). I was travelling for business, and as such needed 3 executive woman's outfits so I had two pairs of heels, one blazer, two dressy cardigans, three pairs of dress pants, one travel day comfy long sleeved top and a pair of jeans, one long t-shirt for pj's, underwear and toiletries bags (one makeup and one shampoo and liquids bag). I still had room for maybe another t-shirt or two! This is a really great bag. Other reviews have spoken about the scuffing, but I have not experienced that yet I did get the Terrazzo pattern which I believe will do quite a good job of hiding some of the wear longer term, although I am one of those people who does not mind I well traveled bag to look well traveled. Ultimately, I chose a Monos bag over the others because I really believe in their story, and what they stand for, and the reviews were good. I can now confirm this is a really well designed thoughtful bag and I'm glad I took a leap and bought the large and medium check-ins as well! Happy traveller! Thank you Monos.

So far everything about the case seems great, lightweight, great rollers and handle, extremely well made.

I have taken a couple of trips with this carry-on and it has worked out well. Its light weight and I have been able to get a lot into it. It fit the overhead compartment on the couple of planes I have been on. I have also checked it and it held up well. (There we a couple of scuff marks that cleaned off with a damp cloth) Overall I have been pretty happy.

I absolutely love my Monos check-in medium case. The color is so subtle and beautiful. The wheels glide effortlessly. My recent airline trip was easy breezy. Highly recommend this brand of cases for travel.

This is the perfect carry on. I was able to maneuver through the airport with ease. I'm so happy I chose Monos for my travel needs.

I love my metro duffle. I was able to pack lots of items in my bag and it fit perfectly under the airline seat. Great area for my laptop as well. My husband was so impressed with my bag, he is going to purchase one for himself. Don't hesitate to purchase this duffle as well as the Monos suitcases for all of your travel needs. I am a very happy Monos customer.

So light-weight yet plenty of room for packing for long trips. Anxious for our first trip so we can appreciate this piece of luggage even more.

All perfect. I got it for my partner and she loves it.

I recently bought this carry on to travel Internationally with. With all the issues at airports with lost luggage etc. I didn't want to check a bag. Took this on a week trip to Ireland and it was perfect! I even had extra room for souvenirs. Loved it so much I recently just bought one for my wife!

This size is perfect! I had plenty of space for all my clothes. Not to mention the color is so pretty! It is well made and the customer service is great!

Arrived quickly and was even better than expected. Lots of included items like bags for your shoes and laundry or whatever you want to use them for etc. Looking forward to using them on our first trip in a long time!
