Purchased two new carryon pro suitcases. Had read great reviews and was really comforted by their generous warranty. Well- unfortunately found out that is just marketing. Upon my first use I found that my bag handle would not open. I had to literally carry the bag through two airports and rental car commuters. It was a hellish day of travel with two kids in tow. I wrote to monos immediately upon my return expecting them to replace the defective bag. But instead received a response that the warranty is only for unused bags. Once you open and attempt to use a bag- they cannot help you. Even if it was your first time to discover it’s essential defect. So hoping my review can save others from falling victim to the false advertising of a company that stands by their product. If debating a new bag- I suggest an alternative brand that will stand behind their product. No one wants a carry on suitcase without a functioning handle. And that is what I now have. At a hearty price.

I purchased this bag as a gift for my husband and I was very impressed with it when it arrived. It is certainly very sleek looking. I can not attest to how it stands up to use yet, but it looks like it will be very durable. The wheels move very smoothly and I love how the zipper ends tuck away. We subsequently ordered the medium size checked bag so that we have a set for his work travel.

I really like this carry on bag. It is well organized, holds a good amount of stuff. Wheels move easily. My only suggestion - add one more handle to grab when you are putting it in the overhead bins.

This bag is so nice looking and functional as well! It holds much more than I anticipated and the colors stand out from the pack. The fact that the zipper color matches the rest of the bag is a welcome touch that no other brand seems to do. Monos stands out from the pack in all ways!

I was very worried about ordering this Terracotta color bag as I wasn't totally sure if I would like it, and let me tell you I 100% do! Once I opened the box there was no debating if I would exchange it for another color at all. If you're hesitant for this color, just go ahead and purchase! The Customer Support at Monos is A+ as well, as they have helped me on more than one occasion. The Carry-On Plus bag holds much more than I anticipated! So happy with my purchase!

After doing a lot of research and comparing between brands like Away, Beis, and Samsonite, I finally decided to go with Monos. And I‚ am so glad I did. For me, I knew I would only get a polycarbonate case. Monos feels strong, flexible, and looks very stylish. The wheels are durable and roll perfectly over many different trial surfaces. The handle is sturdy, and the zippers are of good quality. But for me, the star is the inside. I love the different compartments, the compression pad, even the silky feel of the material. And I am so grateful for the laundry bag, shoe bags, and even magic eraser to keep my stylish bag free of scuffs! Honestly, this bag is the perfect mix of style and function. I will be a Monos man for life.

It is a very convenient sling bag, you can put your wallet, phone, disinfecting wipes, keys, etc, so it is big enough to fit essentials and small enough to be a light bag. Quality is nice! And looks good too

This kit is convenient for storing travel documents. That is why I bought it to complete my Metro bag. I find it a pity that the delivery times are so long while the payment is debited at the time of the order.

I ordered a new set of Monos luggage and I added the covers as a little insurance to protect my investment. They seem very sturdy they fit great! I love the fact that you can still see my suitcase underneath to show off the pretty color. I have not traveled yet so I will be excited to see how well they hold up.

Was looking for a new piece of luggage and in researching I saw so much praise for monos luggage. I already own the metro sling and love it - so it was an easy decision to purchase a carry on bag as well, the bag is sturdy, but lightweight. Great for an overpacker like myself. Beautiful color too!

I absolutely love it. FABULOUS. It is even better than I expected. Will use it on my first trip to Eastern Europe in October. I took it to my golf club and showed a bunch of my friend; they thought it was great too. Some were concerned with the high price but most were going to check it out online. I hope this brings you a whole lot of future sales. pam H

I purchased the Terrazzo, which is good-looking. If I need to check will be easy to locate. I was wanting lightweight, and wheels that moved freely and smoothly, it delivers on both counts. My only complaint was how long it took me to receive it, 10 days! Fortunately it arrived the day before my trip. I was very pleased. I'm considering purchasing a larger bag also, as I have a long trip coming up this winter.

A quality bag, including sturdy zip hardware and quality-looking exterior faux leather. The one part I would change is the cotton webbing strap and holder. Both have a cheap look to them and would benefit from an upgrade - a nicer quality nylon for the cross-body strap and the strap holder from a cheap black plastic to something sturdier and longer-lasting as well as a material in the same color palette as the bag or perhaps a metal finish to match the zipper. This strap holder will be the first piece to break.

The sling is very roomy. There are separate pockets to keep things organized and a clip I used for my keys. My iPhone 12 Pro Max fits with my large wallet with room to spare. Definitely recommend!

Great bag with plenty of room inside. Love the quality and the magic eraser sample & tip! Also love the outer storage for laptop!

I’ve tried those suitcases, and they survived the test for my trip to the Bahamas. The main advantage is that they are lightweight. So, you can definitely put more things in, and you won’t pay for overweight luggage. But, in the meantime, the case is sturdy enough. I was terrified when I saw the airport staff throwing it on a trolley. But it survived without any single crack or scratch. Finally, they are stylish and available in various colors and sizes. I picked a white one for myself.

These are absolutely great! Nice material and they are perfect in keeping packing organized. Love it, leather feels sooooo good.

Products were not worth the price they charge so I decided to send back. Wow - what a scam - US$40 to return an unused carryon and $50 to return a medium. Never again.

Arrived exactly how I expected. The colour is perfect, and the pockets are so useful/thoughtful. I bought this to use as my everyday bag - carting gym clothes and lunches to and from work. It's been great for this, but I am excited to take it on it's first plane ride in a couple of weeks!
