My tote was lovely in the beginning but it didn’t last. Within 18 months, one of the handle started to fray. I opened a warranty claim thinking the brand would stand behind its quality assurance. It did not. Told me that this was normal wear?! For the price, you would not expect a handle to fail in less than a year.
