Best customer service! I had to replace my small suitcase and they took great care of arraigning the replacement. Fast and easy! Also love the little travel origination bags - they are soo convenient!!

I have two Monos suitcases - the large and medium and have used them extensively travelling all over Europe for the last two years and they have been very durable, hold a lot and are well designed. I would buy them again and also love the packing compression cubes. I also purchased the trolly bag and was less enthused about it as it felt a bit lower quality due to the vegan leather (plastic) material. Do note that the suitcases are heavy!
