I take a few things from Momentous - their creatine, vital aminos, and vegan omega-3 - and honestly, I really trust this brand. The creatine doesn’t dissolve perfectly in water, but I throw it in my smoothies and it mixes fine. It’s supposed to be one of the cleanest, highest-quality options out there, so I don’t mind the extra step. The vital aminos are harder to measure results from, but since I’m vegan, I like having that extra support in my routine. Same with the omega-3 - it’s nice knowing I’m getting it from a vegan source without any weird aftertaste. Overall, their products just feel high-integrity and reliable, which is rare in the supplement world.
