I bought a variety pack for my son after being told that 6-12 months is the best time to introduce allergens. I wasn't quite sure how to get all the nuts in besides nut butter, but these make it so easy. You can crush them with your fingers to make smaller pieces or blend them in other food. I wish they made other allergen snacks like shellfish.
