    I love these so much! Prefacing that I’m a super picky eater and have never met a protein bar that I enjoyed until I tried Midday Squares. The peanut butter and cookie dough are my FAVOURITE but every flavour is great. I didn’t find them chalky or too dry like most healthier alternative bars. They’re pretty expensive and I don’t love that they removed the option to buy packages of two, but do love that they’ve started selling 12 packs of assorted flavours. Definitely worth a try if you’re looking for a functional treat!

    I love the cookie dough flavor I get in Target's refrigerated section! The size is perfect for a light and tasty snack that satisfies my sweet cravings. I don't feel guilty about eating these because the calories and nutrition are reasonable—and there is 6g of protein. I was hesitant to try a refrigerated snack, but the chilled aspect adds to the good experience of the snack AND it can remain outside the fridge for up to 5 days. One odd callout, is the packaging has so much text on it, it was almost tricky to understand what the brand and flavor was, but I see that they have re-done the packaging and hopefully it's more clear.

    I was really excited to try this brand based on their marketing (videos) and their positioning (trying to take on Hershey). I kind of knew it was a "healthier" option but not really - that was my ignorance. But I did not like the taste at all or the texture.
