When i received my Priddy it was not sealed properly and the elogating cream looked as though someone had dug out of the jar. I don't think no one would buy product or of the store with out a seal much less a product that looked like it been used! And she expected me to trust what she said, i think not! I reached out to customer service (Joslyne) and she literally told me that i should use the product! I was floored because i feel like she was not trying to understand the issue i had. So i proceeded to tell her i would like a refund because of the issue and her lack of understanding in a reply email and i got NO response. So the next day, i had to send another email and i finally received a statement of i had to send it back within a certain amount of days and i had to pay for shipping and they will examine the product! REALLY!!! No shipping label or how to send it back, NOTHING! I did not get well how can we rectify the issue, I'm sorry , how can i help , nothing!! I m disappointed that i won't be able to try the product. I don't recommend at all from the website! I expected a better experience. Customer service just is not customer service anymore. I could have been better if customer service would have cared about my concern. Carol Melanin Haircare
