If I could assign a zero-star rating, I would. This company is unequivocally the poorest service provider I have encountered. I initially subscribed to their service out of desperation for solutions to my hair and scalp problems. After only a week of usage, I experienced significant scalp irritation and residue buildup, particularly with the scalp serum. Consequently, I canceled my subscription, as I did not intend to continue using their products. Several weeks later, I received an email informing me that my order was being prepared for shipment and that my account had been charged. I promptly contacted their customer service to explain my situation. They advised me that no action could be taken, as the order was already being prepared for dispatch and refunds were not available. Despite the products not having shipped for nearly a week, I received an email from customer support stating that a refund could be issued if I returned the products and provided the tracking information. I complied with this request. Subsequently, I was informed that a credit would be issued once I canceled the dispute with my bank. Fortunately, before I could contact my bank, I received an email from Joshua in customer support, indicating that he was stepping in to assist and that a credit would no longer be granted because a bank dispute had been filed. This information was available to the customer support team when they authorized the refund. I requested to speak with a manager, but I never received a response. This company charges premium prices for its products; however, its customer service does not reflect the standard set by its pricing or business practices. I have received better customer service from Temu, where prices are considerably more reasonable. This company engages in unethical business practices that adversely affect its customers. They retain products they have charged me for without issuing refunds. My bank has taken over this matter, but I wish to warn potential customers that, if dissatisfied with their products, they claim there is a five-day window to cancel the subscription before the order ships to avoid charges. After the initial order, they send a two-month supply without any follow-up emails until they are preparing to dispatch the main order. Do not trust this company! Their products are overcharged for the quality you receive. Nothing is any different from over-the-counter hair care products! Don't be fooled by their advertisements!
