If I could assign a zero-star rating, I would. This company is unequivocally the poorest service provider I have encountered. I initially subscribed to their service out of desperation for solutions to my hair and scalp problems. After only a week of usage, I experienced significant scalp irritation and residue buildup, particularly with the scalp serum. Consequently, I canceled my subscription, as I did not intend to continue using their products. Several weeks later, I received an email informing me that my order was being prepared for shipment and that my account had been charged. I promptly contacted their customer service to explain my situation. They advised me that no action could be taken, as the order was already being prepared for dispatch and refunds were not available. Despite the products not having shipped for nearly a week, I received an email from customer support stating that a refund could be issued if I returned the products and provided the tracking information. I complied with this request. Subsequently, I was informed that a credit would be issued once I canceled the dispute with my bank. Fortunately, before I could contact my bank, I received an email from Joshua in customer support, indicating that he was stepping in to assist and that a credit would no longer be granted because a bank dispute had been filed. This information was available to the customer support team when they authorized the refund. I requested to speak with a manager, but I never received a response. This company charges premium prices for its products; however, its customer service does not reflect the standard set by its pricing or business practices. I have received better customer service from Temu, where prices are considerably more reasonable. This company engages in unethical business practices that adversely affect its customers. They retain products they have charged me for without issuing refunds. My bank has taken over this matter, but I wish to warn potential customers that, if dissatisfied with their products, they claim there is a five-day window to cancel the subscription before the order ships to avoid charges. After the initial order, they send a two-month supply without any follow-up emails until they are preparing to dispatch the main order. Do not trust this company! Their products are overcharged for the quality you receive. Nothing is any different from over-the-counter hair care products! Don't be fooled by their advertisements!

This company is a scam They automatically shipped and billed me for more product without me asking. When I called no one answered saying you had to email them. After emailing them, I found out they were going to charge me for shipping for the product that I didn't order back. I also found out that the state of Florida requires……. Clear Disclosures (Negative Option Rule): For subscriptions, they must clearly state: How many items you must buy. How and when to cancel. How often you'll be billed/receive announcements.

I am 32 years old and have some visible hair thinning on the top of my head and frontal hairline. It bothered me a lot. My father has moderate hair loss. In the past, I have used minoxidil (Rogaine) for more than a year with minimal results. Using MDhair's hair regrowth serum for 4 months changed my life. I am also using the MDhair scalp solution and shampoo. I believe those helped too. I intend to use those for at least six months and report back.

DO NOT order from them. You'll get product but you have to pay duty plus they will charge you double the next time without even letting you know that you signed up for a subscription. They make it difficult to find where to cancel and I've heard you can send the product back on your dime but you don't get refunded. This company is stealing in my opinion. Their 30 day supply last waay longer than they say so, again. It's a scam ultimately

This company are thieves. They take huge amounts of money from your account without your permission and then refuse to refund it. AVOID, they are crooks.

I have very thin hair that gets oily at the roots and is very brittle on the ends. I started noticing a lot of shedding and scalp sensitivity, so I thought I would give this a try. The shampoo and conditioner do not bother my scalp at all which is a definite bonus, but I really haven't noticed any difference in my hair after using it for 4 months. I even got the serum for hair regrowth, and there's been no change. The bottles are very small- I have short hair so they'll last me a little longer, but if you have shoulder length hair or longer It's going to cost you a lot more. I do find that it is a very expensive, and for me it was not worth the cost. Their customer service is awesome, I had a few questions and they were quick to reply and very helpful.

TLDR: very disappointed - didn't work; and they couldn't confirm whether their stats are for their product or minoxidil, which they offered me for free after their product didn't work. Great customer service and support, but... Full story: I'm female, 50, and have thin and thinning hair. I tried the shampoo and serum for 2.5 months as instructed, and while I did see a decrease in hair falling out, there's been no re-growth at all. Per the instructions, I did a first lather with regular shampoo, and then used their tiny bottle to lather and leave in for 2 minutes. (I normally only need to lather once, but if I used enough of their shampoo to get my hair clean, I'd run out super fast). I did not add the vitamins and collagen so can't speak to those (other than that they're super expensive). It was nice having someone to email with questions, but ultimately this didn't work. When I shared this, they offered to send me 3 months of free minoxidil instead of their serum along with my shampoo. After trying the minoxidil for about a month however, my scalp felt itchy, dry, and kind of tingly, in a bad way. I decided to drop this. When I asked for them to confirm whether their success stats are for their product or for minoxidil, they said that the don't have any actual numbers for their product as it's not reviewed by the FDA... how convenient, and misleading in their marketing! I had high hopes. Very disappointed.

As a young man with a family history of baldness, I am always looking for an effective solution for my rapidly progressing hair loss. After trying so many products with no success, I decided to use the MDhair customized kit. Within just 4 months, I'm truly impressed. I highly recommend it!

Literal scam. I bought a product and they automatically added me to a subscription. Never sent a reminder email that it was coming up as most real companies will do. I received an email that something was shipping and they ignored 3 emails I sent asking what it was. Then i received a box of products and was charged 136.00. I complained saying I didn’t want it. They told me I can send it back but have to pay for shipping. I sent it back and paid for shipping. This was almost a month ago and they haven’t issued me a refund. Now they are telling me they won’t give me a refund unless I go and get a tracking number. What kind of company asks a customer for a tracking number? They said without it they can’t know if I sent it back? So where is the package? That has my name and the record of the products THEY sent me. Where is it? So basically they stole over 100 dollars for me. They are overpriced, difficult to get ahold of, and a complete scam.

Watch out for this scam company. they keep sending customer orders without permission. They keep charging customer's credit card. And they deny any woringdoing and refuse to take dispute. They are doing business without honor and even illegal actiivity,

This is a SCAM DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS sh***** worst experience I have ever had purchasing something online . This product doesn’t work for starters I ordered one kit and then later was charged for two prescriptions at once. I didn’t consent to auto replenish and if I did why would I get charged twice at once if the prescription was every month they charge me 198 dollars I then contacted them asking them not to send package as I had moved and was no longer at that location . Then they said I had to ship it back if I wanted a refund. I finally got the package in my pocession and the post office wouldnt allow me to ship it back without a return label then I asked md hair for a return label and they wouldn’t provide me with one I then realized in all the commotion of it that they didn’t send me 2 serums that I had paid for so I emailed them and they told me they couldn’t do anything for me it was too late. DO NOT ORDER ANY OF THIS sh***** ITS A SCAM.

I was doubtful, but MDhair proved me wrong. Just a few months in, and the results are undeniable. My hair is growing, it's healthier, and I'm receiving compliments left and right. If you're on the fence, give it a try – you won't be disappointed!

I'm a 55-year-old woman who has had thinning hair for a long time because of my family's history. I tried the Regrowth Advanced Kit by MDhair, and it's been amazing. Good customer service, not so good product! Whilst their customer service and promptness has been really good, I’m just not happy with how it’s gone for me. My hair has horrendous dandruff, my hair is incredibly dry, it barely lathers and the bottles are far too tiny and feel like they’re only half full tbh. I’ve been using it for 6 weeks now and haven’t seen/noticed any difference at all. I was under the impression hair loss would start to reduce at the 4 week mark but this hasn’t happened for me at all. I cancelled my subscription based on some of the reviews that mentioned being unable to get out of their subscriptions but I honestly didn’t have any issues with this. I was (am) desperate for it to work but it’s hasn’t been successful for me. I’d rate customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Product effectiveness ⭐️ So overall I gave a ⭐️⭐️⭐️

If I could give zero stars, I would. The tiny bottles come half empty (shampoo & serum). A week after use, my hair came out in huge chunks in the shower and I already have so little to begin with. It was awful. As soon as I stopped using it, the shedding decreased significantly. The supplements and collagen are pretty basic stuff you can get for a quarter of the price elsewhere. I'd avoid this company unless your goal is to be spend a fortune on being bald. They also don't allow returns, which makes sense because they know their product is terrible.
