I’ve never heard of a cooler concept. Orebella came out with a collab with Mayfair group. A zip jacket that has a patch that says spray here to activate aura. I sprayed the new Jasmine scented perfume and the new body mist and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. The scent lasts literally all day. I am so in love with this incredible purchase.

Customer service is non existent. No number. They absolutely do not email you back within 3 days, I wish I had read reviews before dropping several hundred dollars on this stuff. DONT DO IT!!! I’m shocked

I wish I have read the reviews before I purchased items from them!!!!!!!!! Please read before buying from this company!!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!! I went online to TheMayfair group and purchased 3 items when the items arrived they were too big so I went online and instead of exchanging the sizes I placed another order for the same items but in a smaller size. I was sure that like other companies they will refund me the amount for the first order that I returned since it was too large on me. They don't have 1800 number the only way to communicate with them is through the contact us which takes them forever to answer. They even stated in one of their emails that I shouldn't be sending so many emails about the same issue - what are you kidding me!!!!!!!!!! so instead of refunding me the money they kept stating in the same email that they don't have a refund policy - are you for real??????? what kind of an online company has a policy of only exchanges and store credit??????? There was one customer that wrote: "For a business that literally got famous promoting positivity, empathy, and kindness they lacked that entirely" - you are so right. I don't want a store credit or their gift cards since I will never purchase from this company anything!!!!!

Some of the most comfortable shorts I own! Though not all of the clothes fit my personal style, I love the positive affirmations and think the mission is really sweet.

Customer service is horrible. My entire $200 outfit went on sale for $51 cheaper 4 days after i bought mine. It doesn’t say final sale anywhere and it was full price. I contacted them to see if i could get an adjustment because that is a chunk of a difference and after taking 2 business days to respond they basically told me to go scratch with zero empathy. For a business that literally got famous promoting positivity, empathy, and kindness they lacked that entirely. Also not usually how you treat first time customers, even if they had to make a one time exception they could’ve told me moving forward it’s not part of their policy. Hope my extra $51 keeps them afloat if they really need it that badly to be ripping people off. I’ll never buy from them again.
